Personality: Rei has a strict sense of responsibility and priority, and is headstrong in her own beliefs. She isn't swayed so easily into biases and sticks to what she knows and what she is assigned on. Most of the time, she spends her time alone, not talking as much as possible. She isn't what you call a very sociable person, and is very picky on whom she will talk to. She is incredibly smart and empathetic, which means she could determine what the atmosphere is like around a person, and think of correct actions to do to the other to obtain any results she wants. But, when assigned to do an assignment or to train the Neophytes (newbies), she will become the rowdiest girl on the field. She will taunt and hit her opponent with a smile because she can be very sadistic and apathetic at the same time. Some even say that she has a bipolar disorder and OCD; but once you get to know her, she will become the most loyal and trusting friend/acquaintance you'll ever meet.

Backstory: Rei had a younger sister named Mikailen. They, along with their parents, led a happy life; that is, until a fire had caught in their house. Rei was just eight years old when it happened, her sister six. She was the only one who survived the fire, and has a burn on her right hand from trying to save her sister. Mika's body was never found, but her parents were given a decent burial. Rei was saved and taken in by the Agency, where she lives in now.
