I am alone yet again, the phone calls my name and yet whenever I call her she is busy and her mom forgets to have her call back....Oh this is the soon to be queen of the world by the way. I am suffering and wasting away without the comfort of my friends , I spend my days on the couch eating candy and watching TV. Oh woe is poor little me. Oh and this chapter is told from the werewolves point of view it is one of the shortest chapters but it'll have to do...

The story WILL GET BETTER, please keep reading!!

(Coran)

Well... Word had reached the werewolves that Amber is missing. She hadn’t been seen in over 500 years, the last people to ever see her was her second in command Monarch and apparently one of the mermaids best warriors Jade. This was the chance for werewolves to become leaders of the forest. Without Amber the vampires weren’t as powerful as the used to be, she was their best fighter. So we would seize the chance to drive the vampires out, I howled into the night, the night of the full moon. Soon my pack responded in howls of their own, they crept from the dark shadows and gathered around me.

“It has been confirmed Amber is gone,” I howled, one of the younger werewolves yipped with joy,

"Shut it! We will soon have control. The vampires are weak! When we turn, we must mark our place and drive them out! We will rule," I howled, seconds later I began to turn. I could feel my body changing, becoming wolfish. I howled at the top of my lungs, leaders of the packs answered and I grinned. They were on the move.

"Move out! We attack the 2nd vampire in command, Monarch. Lets go!"

We ran through the forest. A vampire guard saw us a gave a warning. My second in command launched herself at a vampire. They wrestled savagely. My fighter got bitten but the teeth were no match for claws, the vampire went limp. I walked up and my 2nd in command, Tifa, looked up, eyes red and blood rolled down her chin. A strong line of vampire warriors emerged from the bushes. Monarch was at the front.

"What is your business here?" She growled.

"We are here to drive you out. Attack!!"

I ran into the battle and vampires came at me left and right. They were no match for me. I threw them off the cliff and into the woods. I saw Tifa fight Arabella. One vampire was sneaking up behind her, “Tifa! Look out,” I rammed into the vampire and clawed its side. Tifa scowled at me, probably because she believed she would have been fine. I smirked at her as Arabella raced into the woods, following the same path as the other vampire. I smiled as I turned around, I liked Tifa...But she would never like me back, she was against love.

One vampire leaped on my back. I screamed in pain and whipped around trying to get rid of him. I flung around and the vampire came off as he hit a tree. I sunk my claws into his side and shoulders.

“Turn and face me, Coran,” I whipped around and saw Monarch. I launched at Monarch, she quickly  dodged my attack. She lunged and bit me, I howled in pain and sunk my claws into her side.

Monarch recoiled with pain, I lunged again and pinned her, but she flipped us over and quickly bit me. I howled in agony and flipped us over again, her teeth were ripped out of my shoulder.

The battle raged around us as we rolled to the edge of a cliff. Monarch rolled away as I tried to bite her. She kicked me hard. I roared at her and pinned her down, “Leave, and never return, or it will be the end of you.” I spat, she growled at me.

“This won’t be the last you hear from us, we will find our queen and when we do you had better be ready.” Monarch spat, she threw me off of her and backed towards the trees.

Monarch sped off with the vampires. I howled in victory, “We are victorious! The forest is ours!” I smiled and went to find a place to stay with my commanders.

(Tifa)

I wouldn’t be surprised if Coran didn’t tell you enough about the battle, it wasn’t a piece of cake like he probably made it seem. The vampires had a lot of fighters, not to mention someone who had been turned by Amber herself. Amber hadn’t changed many vampires, the one she changed tended to share her fighting ability. I remember one of them had been stolen by a mermaid, they almost got away. Sadly Amber found them a few days later, when the mermaid tried to smuggle her out of the forest. Amber had enough of it and turned the girl herself, the mermaid wasn’t very happy...

There were a lot of Vampires and to tell you the truth, we nearly lost the fight. I had been doing alright, when Arabella, one of the ones who had been changed by Amber, leaped at me. She landed on my back, knocking me to the ground. I growled and threw her off of me, she went flying into a tree, but was back on her feet in seconds. She charged at me again and I stepped to the side and once she was past me I leaped on top of her, pinning her beneath me. Arabella turned her head and bit me! Just to make this clear, vampires can choose if they change the thing they bite, most of the time they just kill the other person. I howled in pain and shook her off of me, before charging at her.

“Tifa! Look out!” I heard Coran yell at me and I turned my head just in time to see Coran slam into a vampire. I scowled at him and turned back to Arabella. I slammed her to the ground and she shrieked and squirmed. I clawed her face and stepped off, she glared at me before running into the forest. I looked around and saw the battle was almost over. Only a few vampires were still in the clearing. It had been easier than I thought it would be, I expected them to put up a bigger fight, I mean even though they didn’t have Amber anymore vampires are good fighters. I guess all the werewolves should have expected that.

I turned human again and I walked over to Coran, bored, he was looking around for something.

“What are you doing?” I asked curiously, Coran turned around quickly.

"Seeing if this is a good cave to stay in."

"It's nice. I wish I could live here with you." I looked around the cave and then my eyes met Coran's. I was kind of shocked that I had been so blunt with it.

"You can if you want. I don't mind. I... I kind of actually like you." He gave me one of "those looks". If you know what I mean. The look people give when they are in love? Ok, you know what I mean?

I hugged him and Coran buried his head into my shoulder. We walked outside and it started to rain. Coran lightly kissed me on the cheek. I blushed, still kind of shocked at the outcome. We slow danced in the rain for a while.

That night we stayed in the same cave. It was cozy considering all the stuff Coran added in there. It looked more our style, but the room was still full of vampire stench. Good thing that Coran brought me my clothes and a bed. The cave was sort of like a house and I guess you could call the place I slept in “my room.” I was so tired, Arabella gave me a good beating, not as much of one as I gave her of course.

Coran slept in the room across the “hall” and said if I needed anything, I should ask. I laid my head on the pillow Coran brought me and closed my eyes. I dreamed of ruling the forest with Coran and killing all those wretched vampires. Suddenly, my dream showed me and Coran. There were pups in the dream, and we were all standing in the rain, hunting, at least, thats my guess. Coran was talking to me, but the only words I could make out were, “I love you, Tifa.”

I woke feeling better about the idea of Coran loving me. He was kind and caring. And loved his fellow werewolves, that is, except for Barrett. I felt something I hadn’t felt before, love for someone.

Ok, so I kind of hate the werewolves...So I didn't write this chapter and neither did Jasmine. We handed it over to my best friend Ana....All credit(or blame) goes to her.

We will update again if we get 2 comments and three votes, thanks!
