Age: Eight years, about sixteen or seventeen in dragon years

Species: Sea-RainWing

Appearance: Has mostly the body shape of a RainWing, with webbed talons, a thick SeaWing tail that curls like a RainWing's, abnormally long horns, regular SeaWing stripes and spots, RainWing head (including fangs), is pretty lean, for a SeaWing. She's been told it's because of her RainWing blood. She's a little bit smaller, because she had a twin, and they had to share an egg. Has swirling, softly smudging dark cobalt blue and ocean blue colors, has deep blue stripes, very white horns, claws, spines, etc, stormy gray eyes outlined in electric yellow

Personality: Friendly, clever, quiet around dragons she doesn't know, creative, a daydreamer, loves small dragonets, likes to do things, whether it's working out, swimming, or anything active, hates drama, is pretty confident when she writes and when she's around close friends and family, personality completely changes when she competes in anything, very competitive

Personality flaws: Sometimes doesn't remember to ask other people how they're doing, has to remind herself not to talk about herself, can sometimes be a little harsh and sarcastic towards her brothers, not very confident, introverted most of the time, only likes to keep a few close friends, has a hard time focusing in class, finds it hard to talk to dragonets she doesn't know, puts too much energy and love into friendships that won't last, can sometimes be too sarcastic, even when she feels like she's just teasing

Abilities: Can use her tail as a weapon, venom fangs, prehensile, thick SeaWing tail, can change colors, but only if she concentrates, and only after lots of practice, has very keen eyes, uses her slim RainWing body to her advantage when it comes to aerodynamic swimming and flying, has webbed talons that make swimming easier for her, has abnormally keen eyesight, even for a SeaWing, is very fast and agile

Weaknesses: Is a little clumsy on land, due to her large horns, not very strong, has trouble changing her scale's color, finds it hard to actually fight in real combat

Home: The Kingdom of the Sea (She was born in the RainWing Forest, but kind of prefers the sea.)

Likes: Her penpal, Sunbeam; competitions; Sea School; Her twin, Hurricane (they are literally each other's other halves, sibling and friendship wise. She couldn't imagine having a better friend than the one she hatched with.); Her little brother, Auror, even if he is annoying at times; her baby sister, Ivy. Literally the cutest. Dragonling. Ever; Erm... uhm, Arctic Tern ... but you don't need to hear about him! Really!; Food. She has excellent tastes. Mirage says it gets incredibly annoying when she critiques her dinner; spending time with her father, Cobalt; Being totally boss at capture the flag; LEADING HER CAPTURE THE FLAG TEAM TO VICTORY!!! YAAAH!!!

Dislikes ~ Dragons that can't get over themselves; dragonet drama, ugh; being bored; sitting still; math class; purebreds that look down on hybrids; dragons that make fun of her and her siblings for being hybrids; going for more than a week without water; bad food; raw fish; being helpless; people thinking she's wimpy and a girly-girl; grumpy, strict teachers; teachers pets

Extra facts: A tradition in Monsoon's family is that the firstborn, or in this case, first two born, take the last name of their father, while younger siblings and the mother keep their individual second names. In my headcanon, dragons can choose which name, their first or second, that they would rather go by.
