Chapter ① Summertime Balcony

The air was stifling hot as you made your way to the Matsuno residence. Crisp sweat rolled off your shoulders as your sundress stuck to your thighs. You tried helplessly to fan yourself with a newspaper you happened to find on the ground.

"All of this just to see him." You thought almost bitterly. You wouldn't dare to utter his name. It gave you shivers, that would seem demanding despite the heat. The way it rolled off his tongue every time you thought of him.

"Karamatsu."  You heard a breathy echo intrude on your thoughts.

You shook your head immediately, trying to break free of the grasp that name had on you. But damn, everything he did was just so sexy. You wished deep inside he would lock eyes with you and whisper your name in that deep voice of his. The sheer thought of it sent a trickling shiver up your spine.

You rounded up the sidewalk, nearing the floorboard of a house he lived in. It was nice for an elderly couple, but sextuplets too? Who would have thought. Setting down the newspaper, you drew your palms into a fist to knock on the door. Before you could make a sound, you heard someone from the balcony.

"(Name)-chan.~ Just couldn't stay away from me, could you~?" A taunting coo emitted in the air.

You clenched your teeth and braced yourself to look upwards. A smug Matsu locked eyes with you from above. He wore his blue identical jumpsuit with the collar open and the shirt underneath exposed. Sweat glistened from his forehead to the base of his collarbone.

It appeared he had been anticipating your arrival, but you weren't about to let him get the best of you.

"I could say the same, seeing as how you've got nothing better to do." You replied, your voice laced with venom.

"Ouch, someone's a bit touchy today, eh?" He chuckled, vividly unfazed by your words. He disappeared inside to let you inside the house.

A tall figure emerged from the doorway. You couldn't help but to admire his sleek figure as he came up to you.

'God, why is he so attractive?' You thought mindlessly.

As much as you hated how self-centered he was sometimes, your eyes couldn't look away from that charming smile.

"Hm? Thinking about something interesting, (Name)~?" He called out to you, noticing that you were staring.

"N-Nothing! Let me in, I can't stand this damn heat anymore." You fumed, training your eyes on the pavement.

"Whatever you wish.~" He swung open the door as semi-cold air greeted you.

As he closed the door behind you, you couldn't help but notice the absence of the other five brothers.

"They're playing at a bar or something like that. I didn't feel like coming." He filled you in.

You nodded, almost finding it unusual that Karamatsu didn't join them. Perhaps he couldn't find his pair of shades, the thought made you chuckle a little.

"Something funny, (Name)-chan~?" You felt a pair of strong arms wrap around your waist.

You breathed in sharply, trying not to collapse at that very moment. You shook your head quickly, still frozen in place as you felt him move up against you.

"Good, because the only thing I want to hear is you screaming my name." He whispered seductively into your ear.
