Chapter 1: Marinette and her everyday stuttering

                                                               Marinette's Point Of View

It was almost Christmas break everyone wore their fuzzy coats too keep themselves warm. I was wearing a fluffy coat that was in the color of pink as Alya was wearing the Ladybug themed coat since I gave it to her last Christmas.

"Oh my gosh Alya, Adrien just winked at me!" I squealed holding tight to my best friend's shoulder, as I recount the incident that had happened days ago. Alya smirked as she gave me a teasing grin. "My friend Marinette getting all giddy?" she grinned which made me blush.

"Gurl, how about you tell them feelings for him." Alya suggested, I had stopped my track and what was just a mere tint of pink became a full on tomato making me give off an awkward laugh. "N-no I-I can't you see he's all popular and all and-" I was cut of stammering when I bump unto Adrien (if it was not obvious was my BIGGEST crush). He stared at me as I gave him a shy smile

"Oh, hey Marinette." Adrien greeted me a small smile coming from him as a ton of butterflies appeared everywhere. Marinette! snap out of it!

"I-I uh hum, sorry for bumping unto you." I say shyly as I hear him let out a soft laugh. " So anyways what were you doing on the stage during the school play." I asked as I tilted my head in confusion I should be face palming at the dumb conversation we did now. I think the confidence went in my body  for like only a minute.

"I was helping out with the props." Adrien responded as I let out an "oh" and wished him good bye. Seeing him walk away I immediately turned to Alya giving off the highest pitched voice which might have cause some stares from people.

"OMG! Help me Alya!" I say as Alya just laughed at my appearance. "Girl, it's turning late I think we should go." Alya simply told as I nodded my head and start packing up my things. Alya and I walked out the school gates and we finally met Daddy's girl.

"Oh lookie here, if it aren't the nerds." Chloe smirked at her own comment as Sabrina let out a small laugh. "Oh, what's this?" Chloe asked as she got my notebook out of my hands.

"Hey that's mine!" I exclaimed as Chloe gave me a mischievous grin as she opened the note book. She scanned it as she let out a snarky laugh

"Oh, these designs are HORRIBLE!" She exegerated as she ripped out the pages one- by one. I stared at her in shock trying to calm myself down from hitting her head or something. When I was about to pick up the papers Sabrina kicked it. If you only knew that your one of us than that girl.

"You have no right to say that to Marinette!" Alya snapped, Chloe gasped as she dropped my notebook down a spilled coffee cup smirking. "Oh really, typical losers standing out for this, Klutz." Chloe said in a disgustingly manner.

"Let's go Marinette. We don't need to waste our time to this pests." Alya said as we left a place with out a single word coming out.

"I can't believe she did that to you!" Alya exclaimed as I lay down dead in on top of my bed. " For sure that daddy's girl has got to go!" She complained, I rolled my eyes from what had happened, as she was going off with her rant I started sketching my design

"Don't let them take your energy Alya." I say calmly as Alya took out her phone."I think someone is already down to get me, so if you can excuse me I will be heading out" Alya says  winking making me chuckled I waved her a goodbye as she left my room blowing kisses. When she had already left I felt something was moving in my sling bag, I opened it and what arose was Tikki.

"Ready for Patrol Mari?" Asked Tikki as I laughed at her salute sign. "You know it." I say standing up from my chair full energized. I had to find a distraction!

"Miraculous Ladybug! Yeah!" I say as I transformed as Ladybug. I hopped in every rooftop in Paris. This was the life of being free, when I was gonna hop from another roof, I heard a purr from behind.

"Good evening my Lady." Chat complimented as he tried to kiss my hand. "Looking lovely today." He say, giving a smirk making me look away shortly pretending to gag. 

"That is why I'm called Ladybug is it not?" I say sarcastically. "How are you feline today?" Chat slurred making me give him a frown

"Don't even start Chat." I warned as he shrugs. "Any akumas lately?" I asked him as he shooked his head. "None, why would anyone be having akumas if it's Christmas? Isn't christmas Meowsome?" Chat says as I just nodded at his statement.

We heard a loud screech from behind. When we turned our backs we saw a girl with candle on his hand. "Ladybug? What are you doing on top of our roof?" The little girl said as she came near me.

"Hum, looking out for danger!" I say as I felt the girl hug which made my heart beat, I love it when children give me hugs. "Could you tell me a story?" The girl said sweetly. As I was about to start, I suddenly remembered that I had to do something, I would stay but I had little time in which saddened me a bit.

"Well I can't tell you a story but here." I say as I put out a bracelet I designed. It had a gem in the middle of the silver thing. "Thank you!" She said as she went back to the attic.

Chat looked at the girl weirdly to the fact she knew a way to the roof. "That girls siblings might told her the passage way through the roof top." Chat said as he tilted his head in confusion. And I clearly noticed his grin all tied up on his face.

"Well I should be leaving now." I say as I felt a hand touched my shoulder. I turned my head to see Chat, who was smiling.  "Leaving to soon mademoiselle?" Chat asked as I heard a beep from my miraculous.

"Yes." I say as I left him standing on top of the roof top, which I felt a bit too guilty on doing so.

"Marinette!" Alya exclaimed, by how loud she was I gave her a gloomy look. "How did you get in my room?" I asked. It was kind of creepy to the fact she wasn't even in there at the first place. Next time, you should be more... Careful Mari.

"Eh, secret. You know Adrien is in school?" Alya says as my brows raised. "In a Sunday?" I asked, she nodded as she gave me a grin. It must be pretty shocking..actually not.

"Probably practicing fence, hey wanna go to school to see him you know." She says as my blush arose. Sometimes I curse my BESTFRIEND for bringing me this awkward feeling.

"But let me fix myself!" I say as I took a bath and placed on my clothes and a coat. We immediately went downstairs like we a joking the marching band. "LETS GO ALYA!" I exclaimed as I pull her through out the bakery. When we were out we saw something pretty shocking.
