I've been playing the Sims since first grade, and I have always liked creating stories to my sims.
A few years back I was playing the Sims 2 and I created the Gomez family, who was just Stella. I intended to just keep it as her and no one else in the family and just have her as a party animal who lived alone, but as she got close to old age I realized when she died that would be the end of the Gomez family. So I had her current boyfriend and her have a baby, but they broke up soon after the baby was born. The baby's name was Clair (because I was too stupid to realize that Claire is spelled with an 'e'. But for the story I spelled it the right way.) and she grew up with the life goal of wanting to woohoo with 20 different sims.
If you aren't a player of the Sims, you probably don't really understand what that is. In the sims, they refer to sex as Woohooing. So, me being the Sims-pleaser that I am, I decided I'd at least give it a shot. Which is what gave Clair her slut status, in the story and in the game. In the story, it says that Clair got pregnant as a teen and that she dropped out of school and never had a real job. That wasn't true, I just added those for the story. In the Sims, you can't get pregnant as a teen and you can't drop out of school either. And I think Clair was a school teacher in the game, just because Stella's paintings weren't bringing in enough income to support all of them (yes, Stella really was an amazing artist who sold lots of paintings).
Anyway, Clair's second partner was Tyson Davidson and I ended up making them have a baby instead of just woohooing because I figured I'd carry on the Gomez family. I remember I was reading a zombie book when the baby was born and the characer I liked the most in the book was Kayden, so I decide to name the baby after her. I really liked Kayden, because she didn't act like the other Gomez females (sluts).
So, one day, I had Clair invite over Curtis (I think this was Clair's sixth partner....) so that she could continue on with her life time wish. However, I didn't send them to Clair's room like I did in the story. In the game, they were in the living room for their date, and Kayden had come inside from selling her lemonade (yes, she really did have a lemonade stand and yes, her lemonade was really $5) so she could eat and saw them kiss, and she started to cry.
This threw me off because truthfully, the Gomez family is the first family I've ever had where they had multiple partners, and I never knew it could effect the children because Stella never had a partner after she broke up with Clair's father. So when I saw Kayden crying over the fact that Clair was on a date, it fascinated me and I decided to write this short story. I started the story forever ago and kept losing interest in it, but just now decided I would finish it. Now, it would have had a better ending, but the Sims 2 game ended up being removed from my computer, so that really is how their story ended.
It ended with Clair on her 11th partner, and Kayden as a teenager who did indeed have excellent grades, a part time job, and lots of friends, and Stella was a ghost who would wonder around at night messing with the Gomez's stereos and television sets. Kayden's life time wish was to become a professor.
Also, I mentioned Riverblossom Hills (which, to those who are not familiar with the Sims 2, is an actual town within the game) and how there was nothing but farm land and the famous Burchleys. Now, some of you simmers (the ones who play Sims 2) know about the fact that it's all farm land, but everyone, including the simmers, have no idea what I'm talking about when I mention the Burchleys. They are some sims I created a while ago, a little bit before the Gomez family, and they are famous within Riverblossom Hills because Samantha is an athlete in the hall of fame and Kevin is a celebrity chef. Their daughter (who's name I have forgotten /: ) wasn't famous but she was still very rich. So yeah, just thought I'd explain that as well. Actually I think Kayden and the Burchley's daughter were best friends. The irony. :D
