"WELCOME TO UNCLE LEO'S BUNKER 9, CHILDREN!!" I said as I threw my arms wide.
The Omega team stood in the huge rock doorway, staring in awe. Ni- I mean, Nightmare...Yeah. Nightmare just walked right in and slid down in our usual spots: him against the wall directly facing a tall mirror, which was where I usually sat. Lazuli and Jason stood in the back, talking quietly and laughing.
They all took in the huge room full of new inventions and old rusted equipment.
Rare picked up a golden cube off the table.
"What does this do?"
I smiled.
"That was SUPPOSED to be a box that could track when the Minotaur would regenerate again. But instead when I activate it, it morphs into some weird green portal."
Cap raised his eyebrows. "A green portal?" He took the box and walked off.
Gilli snatched up a rectangular object off the table.
"What does this do? Is it like some monster proof communication device? Does it have a very bad tempered Siri?"
I looked amused.
"That.." I said. "..is my iPhone."
Gilli didn't look embarrassed.
"But I get what your going at. Since I fried all the phones in camp.."
"THAT WAS YOU?! YOU KILLED MY BABY!!"
"LET ME FINISH TALKING WOMAN. I SWEAR.." I yelled back.
Night shook his head. "Kids these days."
Blazer nodded. "I feel ya."
