The Big Four

CHAPTER 3

Rose's POV

As I follow Pitch's son to his next class, I'm sad to realize that my next class is different from his. In fact, I dot think our schedules are alike at all! Crap. I need to keep an eye on him but I can't. This is bad.

Hiccup's POV

After lunch I head to my next class, math with Merida. During class I guess I wa staring at her cause she was kind of...flipping me off a little. Only once, which is a new record for her. I blushed, like a lot, and looked to the board. Then I look out the window and see Toothless trying to get my attention. Crap he's probably hungry but I didn't get a chance to feed him during lunch. He'll break through the window to get to me. He doesn't know any better! I ask to be excused and run outside to feed him. Once that's done I head back inside and continue class. That could have been a disaster.

Rapunzel's POV

Being the new girl here isn't as bad as it seems. Maybe it's just the school, but I think me and Jack are friends now. And our schedules are very similar. We walk in and Jack tells me about this mysterious girl named Rose that doesn't seem to like him but he doesn't know why. I don't see what's not to like!

Jack's POV

I caught Rose staring at me in class and smiled with a little wave back at her. She immediately closed up her gates and put on a blank expression. She's weird. But, an interesting weird. If I try to make any contact with her she puts up these gates and stops me from figuring her out. I can figure out most people, I mean I've had about 100 years of practice, but not her. Unless...she's had more practice than me? After school I'm gonna follow her to see where she goes. Now that I think about it, she acts like the other guardians. All business and no fun. Maybe if I follow her I'll be able to figure her out. I'll see what she does in her free time and stuff.

Later that evening (still Jack's POV)

After school I follow her. She just walks towards the average neighborhood close to the school, but she's passing all the houses. Maybe she just lives in the very back? No! She's heading towards the old cliff. It's away from any people and civilization. Not many people actually know about it! What's she doing? She's taking off her school sweater...to reveal wings?! Not just any wings. Angel wings! They were white and beautiful and...oh my god she's flying! I start flying too but keep my distance so that she doesn't see me.  I see her heading up to a mountain. Oh this is what was Mount Olympus, or at least what was believed to be it. It's the tallest mountain in the world! She's heading all the way to the top! When we get very high, I start to see a building in all the clouds. No, it's a temple! She lands and I see some sort of color, probably magic, and her dress is a beautiful white and gold with these gold shoes. And the dress fits her perfectly with her wings and everything. Another person that has wings also, asks her if she's had any info. "No" she replies. "But I know who it is. Sadly I don't have many times during the day when I can see him and gather Intel. I have another plan though, and I think it'll work. I must not share with anyone though." She says and the woman nods and walks off. Without turning around I hear. "Jack Frost. I've expected you." Now she turns around and looks dead at me. How did she see me?! I haven't seen her turn around one time until this. "Um, yeah?" I ask. "I don't bite, most on the time at least. Come in and talk to me. I have something to tell you that I think you'll be interested in hearing." She says and I approach cautiously.

Rose's POV

I tell Jack what I am, after all, I know he's a guardian already. Manny told me all about him. Then I go into the Pitch situation. "Pitch is back, but it's not only him. His son is here too. They're after the guardians and I'm afraid you don't stand much of a chance. With them they have, villains that I have seen before, not encountered. All I've seen is the damage they've done and it doesn't look good. North contacted me as backup. He doesn't exactly trust you with the pressure going on here. That's why I've been attending this school. To keep an eye on Pitch's son. However I've been having issues as our classes don't line up. I need you to help me." "What kind of danger do you mean?" "The kind you've never experienced before. You'll need to recruit Rapunzel, Hiccup, and Merida. I've got Elsa. I know that you have a good relationship with most of them, correct? Anyways, they each have something to offer to this group. And they've dealt with a few of these new threats before. Once you have them, go to North. Then you can come to me. However, sneaking upon a Guardian Angel's temple is punishable by death. I am the first guardian and therefore the most protected. I am the balance between life and death and therefore the world and the lives in it. You are to leave immediately. But first, I must erase your mind. Until you have permission from someone to enter. North contacted me and would be allowed to enter because of that. But you just snuck in here. I am to erase your mind if this situation and make you think that you just went home as any normal day. Now sit still..."

A/N
By the way, all that happens is she erases the situation out if his mind and then he goes back to North's. She then contacted North to let him know that he needs to tell Jack and the next
chapter will start with them recruiting the people and all that jazz.
And, the girl above is what Rose looks like so just so that you can picture her mentally. And if it's hard to see, she has black hair, blue eyes, and the bangs like Ariels but she has those in the picture so you can see it.
