Chapter 3

Genevesia's P.O.V

I woke up next to Roc. I grabbed my phone and checked the time. 1:00a.m , it's late. I took another glance at my phone , and Jacob has been calling me all night. I sat up and rubbed my head , still a little tired. " You alright ? ", Roc sat up beside me , rubbing his eyes. " Yeah , I just didn't notice how late it was. I need to be heading back home ", I said. " It's late , you should just stay over. Plus , it's Friday and nobody is home for you to worry about ", he said. " True but- ", he cut me off. " No buts , you're staying here ", he demanded. I smirked and kissed him. " I guess it wouldn't hurt. But , I need to put some clothes on ", I said. 

I felt the bed go down a little , and heard shuffling. I then felt the bed rise a bit. " Here , put this on ", he handed me something. " Turn on the lamp for me please ", I said. He turned on the lamp and I looked down at the shirt in front of me. " This is your Basketball Jersey... you know you need this , right ? ", I raised an eyebrow. " Not until Monday. I'll clean it before then ", he said. " You sure ? ", I asked. " Just put it on ", he chuckled as he shook his head. I stood up and began to undress. " Look away ", I covered my boobs. " Oh , I done seen it all ", he bit his lip. " Whatever perv , look away ", I smirked. " Alright , I'm looking away ", he turned his head. I uncovered my boobs and he was peeping. " I said don't look ", I giggled. " Can't blame a man for trying ", he chuckled.

I put the Jersey on , and hopped into his bed. " Man ? Ha , real funny ", I sat on his lower stomach as he laid back. " Yeah , okay ", he grabbed my butt. " Why are we doing this ? ", I asked. " Well... for one , you got on top of me ", he chuckled. " No , like... I thought we were just strictly working to help you ", I said. " Well... I ain't gone lie , I do got feelings for you. But , you started this ", he chuckled. " What ? Did not ! ", she smirked. " Then what does the words ' I want you ' mean ? ", he raised an eyebrow. " Well... it means... it could mean... blah whatever ", I laughed. " Right , so you can't say you ain't got feelings for me as well ", he said.

" I do but... ", I began. " But what ? Jacob ? ", he said. " Yes , I cheated ", I looked down in shame. " And ? At least you liked it... I loved it ", he bit his lip. " I did too ", I smirked. " I just don't want things awkward between us , y'know ? We should keep it on a friendly level ", I said. " Okay , get off then ", he smirked. " I wanna cuddle though ", I pouted. " That's not what friends do ", he chuckled. " Yes , friends can cuddle ", I whined. " If we cuddle , don't get mad if my hands wander to certain places ", he said. " I don't care , I like when you touch me ", I bit my lip. " Friendly level... remember ? ", he smirked. " Just for tonight... this once. Please ? ", I begged. " Fine , come here ", he pulled me down super close to his chest. After cuddling , and touching a bit... we finally drifted off to sleep.

Monday Afternoon

Roc's P.O.V

" You did what ?! ", Daniel asked. " I can't even tell him because he's so dramatic. It was just a one time thing... no big deal ", I said. " You slept with Genevesia White , and you don't think that's a big deal ?! ", Jacob whisper yelled. Good thing we are the only ones in the gym. " Yo , do you know how many people would love to be in your shoes right now ? Not a big deal ? I would even love to be in your shoes ! ", Daniel said. " Me too ", Jacob agreed. " Man , it ain't even like that. We decided just friends... woulda been too awkward ", I shrugged. " You just don't get it... she ain't even been lettin' Jacob hit. That's coming from his friends ", Jacob said. 

" Man , y'all are making this such a big deal ", I shook my head. " Because , that's what it is ! ", Daniel said. " Man , whatever man ", I shook them off. The rest of the guys began to fill the gym. " Okay kids , listen up ! Tomorrow is our biggest game this entire year ! I need for you all to do your best in practice and tomorrow... you guys better bring it ! You hear me ? ", Coach yelled. " Yes sir ! ", the team yelled. " We aren't able to practice today since the ladies have their game tonight , and they still need our court. So , we can just watch them ", he stated. Everyone began talking. The girls soon began to pour in.
