A Delena Story - The vampire Diaries

Elena's POV

As I sat on my bed with my head in my hands I was thinking about Stefan. Why has he gone with Klaus, and without saying goodbye?? Well I guess I already knew the answer. He did it to save his brother Damon. All I wanted now was for him to hold me in his strong arms. But that was never going to happen because he was gone. Forever.

I sat there shaking until I realised that someone was in my room. I turned around quickly hoping that Stefan had come back. My hopes sank as Damon stood near the end of my bed. Before I realised what I was doing I was already in his arms with my head on his chest sobbing quietly.

He put his hand up to my head and began stroking my hair. It was a little bit awkward because just yesterday Damon had been lying on his death bed and I kissed him. I though he was going to die so it was a goodbye kiss. When I had kissed him though it was magical, as if anything in the world was possible. No Elena, stop. You cant think that.

I quickly pulled away from Damon and looked up at his blue eyes. They were so damn gorgeous and his lips, they looked so soft. I suddenly felt an urge to reach up and kiss him. But I didn't. I knew I couldn't do that to Stefan.

At that moment my aunt Jenna came in the room with a bunch of girls then stopped when she seen me.

"Oh Elena, I wasn't expecting to see you here. I thought you were staying at the boarding house with Stefan." Said my aunt sounding a little annoyed.

"Oh yeah I am. I just ah came back to get some clothes." I lied.

"Okay cool." She replied then left.

I looked at Damon and he smiled.

"You can stay at the boarding house if you want." He said quietly.

I nodded and began to pack. When I turned around again Damon was gone. I went to my drawer and pulled out my sexiest lace bra and matching underwear. I laughed as I packed them.

When I got to the boarding house Damon was already there. He offered to carry my bags upstairs so I let him. It wasn't until he came back down holding my bra that I remembered I didn't zip the bag up so he could see clearly into it.

He walked toward me and smirked.

"Now what have we got here." He said

"Give it back Damon" I said angrily.

Before I knew what was happening Damon was lying on top of me his lips only a couple of centimetres from mine. I tried to push him off but he just leaned in and kissed me bang smack on the lips. Then he was gone in an instant. I blushed.

I sat up and began to look around the massive living room when Damon suddenly appeared again, sitting right next to me. I leaned over and pushed him down so he was in a laying position. I sat on his chest and reached down to kiss him. His eyes closed as I smiled and then quickly ran.

Two can play that game I thought as i went up the stairs.
