Achievement in a jaded society
Means all stares and unwarranted notoriety
Poetic justice the bringer of sadness
In the home of evil and madness
First place in the subject of thirst
"The best" created through labor's rebirth
Placing among places; undeniable skill
Unbendable desire and unwaivering will
But, what's the reward that's waiting to be reaped?
What's at the end of the tunnel that we seek?
What's at the top of our mountainous peak?
Cold air? Cold stares? Or misguided heat
Strategize fast; aim from first to last
For, talent still exists underground
Youe name doesn't need to spread around town
For you to be one of the greatest around

A diamond they pass
