To the mourning prince, a false poem
With letters that lie and words that cry
The hand that died and the pen with pride
The duchess' words were just a means of saying
"Till death do us part, dear Romeo;
You were never more than a friend to me."
To the enraged maiden of red, a sword
Stronger than the duchess' pen
For she could never truly win over the queen
You can do what she never could
The blade will suffice
It will make her subject, give up her rule of tyranny.
To the weeping nun, a bible
For you never believed in God
Your faith was always false
So you may tear the words from the page
Burn the false hope the preacher gave
And mourn the friendship of a friend who never truly died.
