Chapter 3

Soryu POV
I wore black clothes today for a special reason. I was going to get Christina back. I had one regret in my life. It was giving up on Christina. I loved her more than anything in the world but I was too late to realize that. I liked her, but I didn't love her until now. I called Inui. "Inui? Did you get the warehouse ready?" "Yes, sir." "Good. Do not tell anyone about this." "Of course, sir." I nodded as I ended the call. Now. Time to crush Eisuke Ichinomiya.

Eisuke was my bestfriend until that day.

I smiled as I talked with Christina. "Hey Soryu? Do you think that Eisuke will like this present I got for him?" Christina asked while holding up silk tie which was purple. "Yes. He'll love it." Then I saw a thread in her hair. "Stay still, Christina. There's something in your hair." I reached out my hand to take out the thread when I felt a blinding pain in my right side of the stomach. Eisuke punched me.

"SORYU!! WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE DOING!!!!" Eisuke shouted. "Eisuke, I wasn't doing anythi-" "THEN WHAT WAS THAT I JUST SAW?!!!!!! TRYING TO STEAL ANOTHER MAN'S FIANCÉE!!!!" Then I got mad. I was about to shout at him back until- "EISUKE!!!! SORYU WAS NOT DOING ANYTHING!!!!! THERE WAS SOMETHING IN MY HAIR AND SORYU WAS TRYING TO GET IT OUT FOR ME!!!" Then finally, Eisuke settled down. "Oh, sorry." I was mad. He was just accusing me of such nonsense things and then suddenly he thinks he could make it go away by a simple sorry?! "Eisuke. Apologize properly." I said while crossing my arms and staring down at him. But Eisuke just smirked. "I said sorry. What do you mean by properly?" I was mad. "You'll regret it, Eisuke."

I winced as Christina was screaming and shouting at me to let her go. I sighed. "Inui, take Christina into the warehouse." I said quietly. Inui nodded.

I quietly slipped through the woods to where Eisuke was. Eisuke noticed my presence. "Who's there?" I smiled. "Me."

Christina POV
I was lying down on the cold, hard ground when I heard a loud bang against the door. Startled, I mustered all my strength and stood up. I winced as my skin was raw from the handcuffs. Just then someone came in.

"EISUKE!!!" I shouted as I ran up to him. Eisuke hugged me. "CHRISTINA!!" He yelled as he wrapped me in his arms, as tightly as he could. "Eisuke, you're hurting me." Eisuke let go. He then noticed me being handcuffed. "Sorry, Christina. Baba, can you bring the keys?" "Sure, boss." Baba came in with the keys. As Baba unlocked me, I stared at Eisuke, confused. "What happened? And why is your lip bleeding?" I asked while gently touching Eisuke's lips. Eisuke gently smiled. "Long story. I'll tell you later. Right now, let's go to the penthouse. You can rest there." I nodded as Eisuke kissed my forehead. He whispered against my forehead. "I don't know what I would've done if I lost you. Thank you for being alive. I love you, Christina." I felt tears against my cheeks. I was crying. And I was shocked. Eisuke usually doesn't say the I love you words. I smiled. "I love you, too. Thanks for saving me." Then the Eisuke I knew came. "Of course. I wouldn't let anyone touch my woman. I would send them to one trip to hell." He said while smiling, arrogantly. He then kissed me. And I kissed him back. "I love you, Eisuke." I whispered as he devoured my lips.
