Kayla's POV
I sauntered into the hallway in the hopes if funding my best friends Taylor and Melodie. I got a few hellos from the people that had enough backbone to even talk to me.
I wondered sometimes why people found me so intimidating. It was probably the fact that I was a cheerleader. I hated the idea of stereotypes. I personally made sure that most of the time u was nice to people.
After my little debate with myself, I finally found my two best friends. We had been friends since we were in the womb. Our moms had been best friends since high school went to the same universities and married three best friends which turned out to be our dads.
"Bitch we're back" Taylor shouts. Due to her loud outburst she got some weird glances from some people but she just shrugged it off. That's what I loved about Taylor. She was the loud one of the group and was the brains in our group but you couldn't help but love her.
Her sandy blond her was shoulder length and brought the properties of her face out a lot more. She was gorgeous in just a fee words. Melody came up to me and gave me a body crushing hug and then screamed a hello in my ear.
Melody was a red-head and even resembled a ginger. She got the attraction of many boys but acted like though she didn't notice. She wasn't too bright but her voice was angelic and everyone was sure she would get a scholarship into Juliard.
We were the three musketeers of our school and we all were really close. We were all single at the time but that didn't mean that we were searching. All three of us had just come out of very serious relationships with three boys from Hoopland high school and we wanted to be off the dating scene for a little while.
We walked down the hallway giggling and having occasional banter amongst ourselves when I collided with something rock hard but when I looked up I came up with light blue eyes, Gabriel Hernandez the bad boy of the school.
He muttered what I think was a sorry and I responded with a sorry of my own. I heard him chuckling and I looked up one I heard his heavenly voice. He walked past me and lightly hit me with his shoulder before containing down the hallway.
What a dickhead was all I could think about for the rest of the day.
