Molly was dealing with a brain, tossing it to the ground when she read the text. Her colleges stared at her, as her face showed fear. She was mortified, but refused to show it. So she picked up the brain, shed her hands of her gloves and clocked out- saying not a single word to anyone on the way out. Everyone secretly knew why she was so uptight, though none dared to ask what the details were.

When she arrived at the hospital she was greeted by a hug from Mary.

"He's going to be alright, though I'm sorry."

Molly nodded. "Thanks Mary- Where is John?"

Mary smiled. "He went outside, so he wouldn't be tempted to go in there- He wanted you to be the first person he saw."

Molly smiled and walked toward the room. "Thank you."

Mary nodded and let her into the room.

When Molly went in, she saw Sherlock. He was asleep and he had a mask on. He had one IV and a heart monitor sticker. His heart rate was kind of slow, but she knew he was okay. She sat next to him and held his hand.

"Your shaking." Sherlock whispered through his mask, gripping her hand tighter as he turned his head to look at her.

"Sorry, It pains me to see you like this I guess."

Sherlock closed his eyes. "It would pain you more to see my grave." He said and chuckled. Molly laughed and laid her head on his shoulder. He scooted over to make room for her, and she crawled next to him.

"Please don't make this a habit." she said laying down.

"I'll try not to." he said, looking at her smiling. "Pardon this bloody mask."

Molly laughed and smiled. "It's okay as long as it doesn't prevent me from kissing you."

Sherlock took off his mask and leaned in to kiss her. When he broke away he coughed and put it back on.

"Man my lungs are great!" Sherlock said through the mask once again. Molly chuckled and cuddled closer.

"You'll be discharged later on today." Molly said smiling at Sherlock.

Sherlock smiled. "Yup. Just have to get my inhaler." He said sitting up.

"Christmas is tomorrow- What are we going to do?"

Sherlock gleamed. "I am excited to spend a Christmas in this happy fashion; Also with you." He said and smiled.

Molly smiled back at him and snuggled closer, letting a smile creep onto her face
She could see Sherlock was tired, so she closed her eyes until she fell asleep. Sherlock
saw this and put his arm around her, falling asleep with a small smile on his face.

When they woke up, a nurse was fiddling with one of Sherlock's IV's.
"Almost done sir, and you'll be out."

Sherlock smiled and wiped Molly's hair from her face. She stirred a little in his arms, so he held her a little tighter kissing her forehead. When the nurse left, Molly awoke, and stretched.
"Good Morning sunshine." He said letting his fingers flow through hers.
"More like good evening." She retorted
Sherlock smiled. "They sat the inhaler on the counter, they'll be in to check on me in a little while."
Molly nodded and stood up.
"I'm going to get some things and clean up before you get home; John and Mary wanted to see you anyway. They'll drive you home." She said and kissed Sherlock on the forehead.
"Glad your alright." She finished and walked out.
Sherlock smiled and folded his hands, waiting for John and Mary to come in.
