My night was the same. Clean up after dinner and head to bed. Nothing different beside Sebastian and Celine's persistent protests to have dinner with them.

It was great. I felt like part of the family. Like part of a family. Something I haven't felt in a very long time. It was refreshing.

Speaking of family, I need to find out how my mother is doing. It's almost Christmas and I want to a least spend a little bit of time with her. So instead of getting into my comfortable bed, I decided to take my time off to visit my mother who is still in hospital. I have no way of contacting her because unfortunately I don't have a cell phone. So I visit her whenever I can.

Changing out of the uniform I'm forced to wear everyday, I changed into more comfortable clothes and headed towards the door with keys in hand, dreading the long bus ride to the hospital.

"Where are you going at this time of night?" Sebastian said rubbing his eyes in exhaustion, scaring the hell out of me.

"I going to visit my mother."

"At this time?" He said with confusion written all over his face.

"Well yes this is the only time I can do as I please. My mother is in the hospital and I need to see how she's doing."

"Oh. Well would you like me to drive you there?"

"It's okay I'm going to take the bus." I answered.

"I insist." He protested.

"Alright." I sighed in defeat.

And with that Sebastian nodded and quickly grabbed his coat and walked out of the front door towards his car with me following closely behind.

Sebastian crossed to the driver's side and and I went to the passenger's side. Waiting for him to unlock his car and get it I followed his movements and entered the car.

"What hospital is your mother staying at?" Sebastian asked briefly looking at me than back towards the road.

"St. Margret's." I replied.

He nodded his head and continued driving.

The rest of the way was silence, but not awkward silence. Just thought-filled silence.

"Thank you for the ride Sebastian, I appreciate it." I said taking off my seat belt and reaching for the door.

"Wait." He said touching my shoulder lightly. "Would you like me to stay?- You know so you have a ride back home." He said obviously flushing.

"Wouldn't it be bad for people to see me with you?" I said

"No it's fine. I don't care what other people think of me."

"Oh, um okay then."

"So is that a yes?" He pursued.

"That's a yes sorry." I said laughing a little.

"Okay." And with that even took the keys out of the ignition and followed me to the hospital entrance.

Walking into the hospital is like everyone expects it to be, people crying, nurses and doctors trying to keep up with calls, and the smell of sanitizer and latex.

Just wonderful.

I walked up to the front desk with Sebastian who was walking awkwardly beside me.

"Hi, how can I help you today?" The nurse behind the desk greeted shifting her gaze between Sebastian and I.

"Yes can I please visit Margret Wilson?" I said.
