My Imagination Comes True! ( 私の想像力が叶います！)

I Go On a Date With a Yuokai!? Chapter: 12 / Part: 2

It's still 'Valentines Day' and me and Kazu are at a real fancy restaurant eating lots of good things. I ate salad, sushi, pizza, and had an orange flavored soda during the whole date at the restaurant. Kazu had Sushi, and some other foods and drinks that were formal. I guess he's a formal type guy? Kazu looked like a normal human being but, since I'm use to him having ears and a tail with long fox fangs, it doesn't really look right on him. 

Kazu loved the date, especially more than I did! I haven't been on a date before with someone I love yet, so I'm not really feeling nervous when I talk to, Kazu. Not at all. But, maybe that's a good thing? I won't be overly protective of what I'm doing, like I won't be trying to not shake or stutter alot when I'm with him than when I'm with someone I really, really like.

He wasn't like that too, I guess I do remember talking to him well not physically, but... mentally. My brain, remembers but doesn't remember at the same time. Like I don't remember falling on the stairs or getting help from a Yuokai, I don't even remember that shrine being there at all. Do I have Amnesia or something? I'm not so sure. Kazu was really enjoying his food, he was chowing down. Hard, and beast-fully. Well, I know that he is a fox and everything but, god damn! He makes allot of mess on the table. He must've been really hungry then, from being up in the abandon shrine and all. I don't blame him, he practically never left the place. He just, stayed there waiting for something to happen, some miracle? To be honest, I practically made his dreams come true asking him out on a date like this, it's more like a get together date, or a long time no see date. I really like the guy, Kazu I mean. He's very nice, and honest about his life and well beings. To be honest, I never would've guessed that Yuokai are around these days. I thought that they were some myth or something like that? Kazu was blushing the whole time though, I guess he was a little bit shy, but not to much. He really seemed like he knew me for a long while, he knew all my where about's, but the only thing he forgot to put in was that, I'm living with Yamato. Well, why would he guess that I have a guy that's not the blood of our family, is living with... me, my brother, and parents. I think that if I told him, he would become very angry with me not telling him everything I knew to him. So, I'm just gonna keep it a secret.
The workers there were staring at me so weirdly, I just thought that they were looking at Kazu because of his weird clothing style, and how oddly un-human he was. But, I didn't let that get to me.
 
Kazu smiled at me and said with his beautiful British-accent, "Wow... I just love spending time with you, and for days to come. I just want you to know, if you need any help at all, I'll be right by your side all the way through. Yah Got It?" I nodded with a soft smile on my face I had my eyes softly closed. "Yeah, I got it." He got up and said, "Well, I think that it's time to go back to the shrine! I'm pooped." He said rubbing his stomach like an old fat man. I smile, "You're full, huh?" He nods, "Yeah, and I don't think I can go any further. I'll just go back to the Shrine." I nod, "Okay, I'll see you some other day then. Bye, Kazu!" He waved 'bye' with a soft smile while still holding his stomach as he exited the restaurant. I sighed and looked out the window watching Kazu turn back into his original form having his fox fire lift him into the air. and after a couple of seconds he was gone. I looked at the waitress, which was walking to my table coming to place the bill onto the table. When she did, I looked at it and it read '50,000 yen' I gasped in shock and yelled in fear, "FIFTY THOUSAND YEN!?" The waitress nodded and said, "Yes, that's your bill." I kept looking at it ignoring the waitress, "The price isn't even that high from where I work at. And they have lots of people coming in, no wonder this place has hardly any costumers." The waitress gasped, "GEH! What're you talking about?! We don't need your stuuuuupid... complaining!" I looked at her. "What?" She looked away, "Just pay the bill, and never some back again, or we'll call the police!" Then some man out of the blue came from behind me and said, "Here, I'll pay for this young lady." He handed the waitress the money , while the she stared at him lovingly. Then she said all lovey dovey, "Oh... Certainly, darling!" Then I started to imagine hearts coming out of her head for some reason, it's an 'Anime Thing' you won't understand. The stranger then grabbed my arm and pulled me out of the restaurant saying, "Phew... that was a close one. Are you alright?" I looked at him, and bowed, "I'm sorry for having you pay for me! I promise it won't happen again, alright!?" I look up and I see that he has green, hazel-ish, blue eyes just like mine. And he has light brown hair that is slicked back with gel. And he was wearing a black solider-suit that really looked good on him. He also had a white towel around his arm like a waiter would have. I stand straight up getting a good look at him, "I'm sorry, sir. I should've been more careful with my money today." He smiles and chuckles, "Heh... you don't recognize me?" I tilted my head confused, "Uh.... no? Should I?" He laughs, "It's me, your boyfriend. Haru!" I look at him closer and then, I see that it is him! I gasped, "Oh, my god! I didn't recognize you! Till' you said who you were of course. Then, I knew." He smiled, "Yeah, I know. My mom didn't recognize me either. She thought I was some other man and wanted to date me. Then I confronted her who I was and she turned on me right when I said 'son'. Man, her mind got in a twist."  I giggle, "Man, that's scary. Having your mom have a crush on you, and starts hitting on you." He laughs, "Yeah, I know right?" I smile, "So, why are you so dressed up?" He smiles, "Oh, I work here." I gasp in surprise, "Whaaaa...? I didn't know you worked!?" He giggled, "Yeah, everyone has to start working at some point, right?" I nod, "Yeah, that's true. I work too, so... It's hard to keep up with school and a job at the same time. Some times you have to skip your job for school, and some times you have to skip your school for your job. It's too hard." Haru nodded and agreed, "Yeah... well, I've gotta get back to work, see yah on the flip side!" He leaves and then for a second he steps back asking, "And... another thing that I wanna ask you." I nodded smiling softly saying, "Yes, Haru?" He looks down at the ground saying, "Why were you talking to your self and eating two plates by your self? I'm not trying to say you're cray-cray but..." I look down in shock thinking, he didn't or couldn't see, Kazu?! I thought everyone can see him? I guess not. I'm guessing he made him self invisible when he came into the restaurant? I don't really know why though, he was turned into a human after all. Maybe he didn't want anyone to see him because, he felt like someone was gonna attack him or something? But, why? He seemed like a nice guy, why would he think that someone would come and attack him out of the blue? Especially, in a nice restaurant like this. But, why would he embarrass me like that?! Leaving me only to see him and talk to him and not have anyone else see him except me? People must've thought I was crazy or something, no wonder the workers there where staring at me so creepily. I looked at Haru saying, "Oh, was I talking to myself? I seriously don't remember doing that." Haru pets my head, "Well, just be careful out there, Yumi. See you some time later." He turned around walked inside the restaurant without another word. I sighed and wiped my forehead having  sweat appear on my arm. I looked up at the sky squinting at the sun. "Ah~... It's very hot today." I look up at the hill where the shrine was and said, "Huh... Maybe, I should pay another visit to, Kazu." Then after that, I marched towards the hill of the shrine.
