This idea was proudly brought to you by the movie franchise 'Saw'. Where it shouldn't be called Saw, it should be called; "Don't be a Bitch, be friendly. Jigsaw loves friends."
Thomas will try to survive. Wish him luck....

Thomas woke up, grasping for breath. Thomas dragged in small, unsteady breaths. But as he did so, his chest flared in pain, making him strain and wince. Thomas looked down at his chest, trying to find the souse of the pain. His body was suspended above the ground by long metal chains, one on each side of his body. The chains backing reached a basic metal frame that connected to the ground, hanging off the left of the metal frame was a large glass jar, filled with light yellow liquid. It gave off a sour smell. Attached to the chains was some sort of metal contraption, a metal bar placed about every 2 centimetres to form a torso suit. Thomas's arms where dangling free, he moved them down to the contraption, trying to pull it off him. While Thomas did so, his ribs gave a strange sensation of being pulled at the same time. Suddenly the truth hit him, the contraption was fastened to Thomas's rib cage!
Thomas started to freak out. Struggling and moving frantically, Thomas moved in every direction possible, trying to get out of the thing.
Suddenly the sound of static stopped Thomas in his tracks.
"Hello Thomas." A deep, somewhat cloudy voice called from somewhere in the room. "I want to play a game. You may not know the rules, but you will quickly learn them."
"What the hell?!" Thomas struggled to speak.
"Don't try to struggle, it will only make things worse." The voice said.
Thomas stopped completely.
"The device you are wearing is one of my own, it is designed to clamp onto your ripcage and tear your body apart gruesomely. But don't worry, their is a way out."
Thomas listened.
"See the jar or yellow liquid to your left, submerged inside is a key. The key to unlock the device you are wearing. Be warned, the key is submerged in a very strong acid, so I recommend you get it out now before it becomes useless."
Thomas started to freak, struggling frantically, shanking his head to try and wake up.
"Oh and one more thing, the device you are wearing is on a timer. You activated it 30 seconds ago, you've got 30 left." The voice said before clicking and leaving the room in silence.

Thomas moved his hands into the small wedge between the device he was wearing and tried to pull it from himself, instead his ribs flared in pain.
Tears streaming down his face, Thomas reached forwards and plunged his hand into the jar of acid. The pain was too great, Thomas cried out in pain and immediately pulled it back out and held it out In front of himself, watching the blood spill from his hand as the acid quickly burnt it.
Sweat mixing with tears, Thomas plunged his hand in again and the pain flashed up his hand and wrist. Thomas cried out it even more pain, making his nose bleed and his eyes dance with white vivid light. His hand hit the bottom the jar and touched the key, in a swift movement he pulled the key out and brought it back to himself. Thomas saw his hand and almost fainted, he could see the pail bone of his knuckles and finger bones out of his ragged burnt, bloody flesh. Thomas looked at the key, the whole front tip of the key was completely disintegrated, leaving just the end stump.
Thomas dropped the key stump, falling and hitting the ground below.
Thomas let out a wail of pain and the device suddenly clicked and it swung outwards, pulling his rib cage and organs out of his body. Throwing flesh and blood all around the room.
Thomas's body hung their lifelessly, as his blood and flesh dripped onto the ground below.
