The sun sat on the horizon slowly sinking until it was just a speck in the sky. The woods began to darken, I heard other worldly moaning in the far distance. I ran into the cottage and watched as the moon rose like an elevator at high speed. A man appeared outside my window, wide eyes and shocked. Hastily, I ran out side and brung him inside, " who are you? And who did this to you" I screamed at his face.
"I am Cody" he said in a croaky voice. "And it was them who done this" he pointed to the window....
"What are those things" I asked Cody. Instead he told me to stay inside as it is dangerous outside. It was probably a good idea but how long would night last. I sat on the hard oak floor and closed my eyes. What seamed like seconds later Cody woke my up whilst shouting "THERE HERE, THEY GOT IN, HELP, PROTECT ME PLEASE!" I woke up with a start.
