Once Upon a Time, in a kingdom called Ridding hood, joyous news spread throughout the kingdom, of their fair, compassionate,pregnant, level headed monarch, Queen Rosalinda. Two weeks before the baby was due the queen was hospitalized. The baby was born on her due date, May the 9th, she was adored by the kingdom, Her name was Rydel. As she grew up she strained to be the daughter of a monarch, to be a (perfect) lady. This was all she wasn't she though secretly, she wanted to be more than this. She often watched princes in training from afar, she admired many of the activities they did, she longed to ride a horse, to feel the wind in her hair ,to hear the horse's feet pound beneath her or learn self defense to have the uncertainty of who will win, to feel adrenaline rush through her blood. Her mother didn't approve of this longing inside Rydel. Queen Rosalinda was determined to crush it.
