"C'mere girl!" I say, chasing after the brown skinned girl.

Her laughter fills the air as she runs through the park. For such a short thing, she runs pretty fast. I grab her by her waist and sling her over my shoulder. She starts hitting my back, still laughing.

Her squeaky , but smooth voice fills the air, "Put me down Jay!"

I carefully put her down, on her feet. I grab her face, my lips inches away from hers. This is one of the multiple romantic moments I've had with her. She's always been the sweet type and I've grown to love it .

"Promise me you'll never leave me." She says.

I look at her flawless face. Her plump lips. Her large eyes. Her curly hair. I'm in love with this girl.

"I promise." I say.

"You promise what?"

"I promise I'll never leave you." I say.

She disappears but I still here her voice . A very angry version of her voice that is.

All of a sudden I'm in my living room, on the couch.

"Fuck you Jacoby!" She says, grabbing her purse and keys.

I'm still on the couch, glass in hand and before I know it, the glass is no longer in contact with me. It's flying across the room, hitting the wall right beside the flawless young lady that's yelling.

Her teeth grits and her jaw tightens, "We're over! "

The door slams and I jump.

I jolt upright in my bed, my breathing heavy. I get out of bed and go to the door.

I open it.

No one's there.

I look at my floor.

No broken glass.

I sigh. I want her back. My back slides down the door and I put my head in my hands. You can't get her back. I roll my eyes and get up, making my way to my bathroom.

Time to start the day.
