I looked at Sequoia, sitting across from me at lunch. "Wow...I really didn't expect all the creatures, gods, and goddesses to attend this school...", I looked around at all the people around me in awe. Sequoia raised an eyebrow, "Hmm?". I looked at her, "Oh! Nothing!", she looked at me in confusion. Just as she did that, guess who decided to make their way over...of course, Jacob. He walked over to our table and stood at the end, "Hello, Kaity and Sequoia. I see that nobody else is sitting here...may I?", he grinned and looked at us both. "U-uh...you m-mean you want to s-sit with us?!", Sequoia turned bright red and both of her eyes had a pink twinkle in them, "Passion! She likes Jacob!", I thought to myself.

"Sure! You can sit with us I just need to go to my locker quick, I will be right back!", I smiled and got up from the table. I headed toward the main entrance and hid by the doorway. "This will be great!", I thought to myself. I looked through a small window by the soda machine and I watched what was going to happen. Sequoia smiled and she began talking to Jacob, "So...Jacob...what are you doing later today?", she smiled and he shrugged his shoulders. "I honestly don't know...I think I might go to the skate-park and work on my tricks", he grinned, "Why?". Sequoia scooted toward Jacob on the bench, "Well...I skateboard too...Why don't we go together?", Jacob raised his eyebrow. "YOU skateboard? I thought that-", Sequoia cut him off and smiled, "Yes. Yes, I do skateboard".

I was laughing and I almost tripped over the trash can next to me. I then decided to go back to the others. I walked back to the table and sat next to Sequoia, "What did I miss?", I smirked. "Well Sequoia just asked-", Sequoia slapped her hand over his mouth, "What?! You're going crazy!", she laughed nervously and Jacob rolled his eyes. I smirked and looked at Jacob, "Sequoia asked you what?", he moved Sequoia's hand, "She asked me if we could ALL go to the skate-park after school". Sequoia breathed in relief, "Uh...", she moved closer to Jacob and I raised my eyebrow at her. "Are you two...a thing or something?", Jacob froze in place. "YEAH! NOW BACK AWAY FROM MY MAN!", Sequoia leaned on Jacob and kissed his cheek. She then growled at me...GROWLED AT ME! Jacob turned toward Sequoia, "WHAT?! WE ARE NOT A THING!", he then stood up and looked at Sequoia angrily.

Sequoia looked at the floor, "I-I'm s-sorry...Jacob...", Jacob looked at Sequoia. "Stop whining...I'm not mad at you...geez", he rolled his eyes. I sat there silently, "So...Kaity", Jacob grinned and sat back down. "What are you? Or what are your powers?", he looked at me with curiosity in his eyes. "U-uh...well you see...uh...", I looked at Sequoia. Sequoia looked back at me, "I'm sorry, Sequoia, this might hurt...", she looked at me blankly. My right eye turned a golden color while the other remained greenish-blue. Sequoia then flew backward and landed on another girl, "Shit!", Sequoia scrambled to get up. The girl got up and slapped Sequoia across her face. The girl had beautiful designer clothes on and she looked like a model. She then walked away and a couple of boys whispered as she walked by. She had a tiger tail and the ears, she was a Tiger Girl."She was DEFINITELY going to be one of my best friends", I thought to myself.

Jacob looked at Sequoia and chuckled, "Wow...I DID NOT see that coming!". Sequoia squinted at me and rubbed her face. "So! Is that your only power?", Jacob was curious and he waited for my reply. "Nope", I looked at Sequoia and put my hand on her head, "OUCH! BITCH!",I smirked. "Wow...you got some really dirty thoughts about Jacob...", I grinned at Jacob. He looked at me and ran out of the cafeteria, "BELLS GOING TO RING!".

I sat in the library looking through the books about magic, gods, and etc. I flipped to a page in my magic book and I found him... my father...he looked about 15, my current age. His face angered me and I thought to myself, "Why, Dad?!", I slammed the book closed and I put my head in my hands. Headaches...I hate them...
