Why?!?! Naldo can't fall for her. He and I belong together.
"So Cyd, how long have you and Shelby been friends?"
"Since Kindergarten."
"Cool. Riley and I have been friends since 1st grade."
"Cool."
I wasn't really paying attention. I was plotting a sabotage if they ever got together. Hopefully they never will. I would kill her if they did.
"Cyd!!!"
"What!"
"I've been trying to get your attention for the past 15 minutes."
"Oh sorry."
"What are you thinking about?"
"Have you ever been jealous?"
"Everybody has."
"Well that's what I'm thinking about."
"Oh. Let's not talk about anything anymore."

"I think Cyd likes Naldo."
"Well I think Winter likes Naldo."
"I think you like Berry."
"Well I think you like Farkle."
"I think Farkle likes you."
"Well I think Berry likes you."
Riley and I have been having arguments about how likes who. This has been going on for 15 minutes. It's annoying, but worth it for being right.
**with Lucas, Farkle, and Berry**
"This is a nice school." Farkle said.
"Thanks."
"What do you think Lucas?"
"About what?"
"The school."
"Oh it's nice."
"You thinking about Maya again?"
"What! No!
"Sure."
**with Winter and Naldo**
"Do you think Maya and Cyd are attacking each other?" I asked Winter.
"No. Is anything going on with you and Cyd?"
"No. Why do you ask?"
"Cause I think she likes you."
"Yea. Shelby already told me that Cyd said she liked me, but I like her as a friend."
"Oh ok. Is there anyone you do like?"
"Yea I do like someone."
"Really who?"
"Can't say."
"Come on Naldo. Why can't you tell me?"
"I just can't."
"Ok. Well I hope you end up her."
"Me too."
I look at her, but instead of looking at me back she looks at the ground. She looks hurt and disappointed. I hope that I didn't hurt her feelings. I just can't tell her that I like her just yet. I want to be her friend first. I just hope that when I do tell her, she does like me back.
