You lie there as the sun's warmth spreads across your skin. The sand underneath you is so warm, you dig your feet into the sand to feel more of it. You lie next to him, leaning your head against his chest. You can hear his soft breaths. You feel warm and safe in his arms. The sound of waves lull you into a dreamy state. His eyes are closed, as if he's sleeping. You turn to him, lean into his ears and softly whisper, "You're everything I want, Josh." You lightly kiss his cheek. He turns and smiles at you. His smile is always beautiful, but this smile, the one he keeps just for you, is breathtaking. Nothing in the world makes you happier than his touch. He rubs his hands across your hips. You bite your lip as you stare into his eyes. A cool breeze blows your hair in the wind. You run your fingers through his bold blue and blond hair.
"I want this to last forever." You say quietly.
His grip on you tightens and he says, "I want us to last forever." He turns to you, "Nothing I do is worth while if you're not there to make it better." Blushing lightly, he looks down and murmurs, "Sometimes… I get really selfish, and I wish that we were the only two people in the world. No one would stop us." He pushes his lips against yours and his tongue slips into your mouth, the cool metal of his piercing making you shiver. You kiss him back, curling your fingers at the back of his neck just the way you know he likes it. You pull back gently, noses brushing, "I think we can be selfish together", you whisper. He grins, and kisses you again.
