PREVIOUSLY ON CURTAIN CALL: A lot of unnecessary angst and Toby got friend zoned okay here you go here's a new chapter
-----------------------
I opened my eyes and looked down. Neo was curled up against my body, but his eyes were open.

"Good morning," I said.

Neo rolled over, pulling the covers over his head. "No."

I sighed. "Donnie told me not to fuck you."

"Oh please, you're a bitch boy," Neo scoffed, his head poking out from the covers.

"You didn't seem to mind," I said.

Neo blushed heavily. "I'm going to shower."

"Want me to join you?" I smirked.

"No, I do not want you to join me. When I say shower, I mean actually shower. You can just stay here and...do whatever it is you do when your one night stands shower," Neo said, getting up and hastily pulling on his pants.

I closed my eyes. "Just close the door when you leave."

He left my room, shutting the door. I pulled the covers up to my shoulders, rolling onto my side. My body ached lightly, but I didn't mind. It had been worth it to be so close to Neo again.

I could only imagine the shit fit Bennett would throw when he found out I'd had sex with Neo again. But I just couldn't find it in me to care anymore. Things were finally getting better.

My door opened a few minutes later and I looked up at Neo. He shut the door and came over, sitting on the end of my bed.

"You should go shower," he said.

I reached out, grabbing him and pulling him down next to me. "In a minute," I mumbled, kissing his neck.

Neo let out a groan. "Dude, you're not even wearing any clothes!"

"So? You've obviously seen me naked before," I said. I put my arms around him, closing my eyes. "Let's go out today. We can go wherever you want."

"Only if you shower," he said.

His phone buzzed and I realized that it was next to me. I grabbed it, checking his message for him since he seemed to have no interest in it.

"Well?" he asked.

"It's your mom. She wants to know where you are," I said, holding the phone out to him.

He rolled his eyes. "Haha. Very funny. Who was it?"

"Your mom," I said patiently. "She wants to know where you are."

He furrowed his brow. "What? Why?"

"Because you never came home?" I shrugged.

"She never texts me. My parents never know where I am," he said, taking the phone from me and checking the message. "Wow, damn, how clingy." He tossed the phone onto my chest and closed his eyes.

I picked it up. "I'm telling her you're at my house."

"Why?" he asked.
