The vampire who had shouted before was immediately at attention. "Captain!! We were disposing of this filthy Hellsing dog. With all due respect Sir, we are under direct orders from the Major to dispose of any and all threats to the Millennium Alliance. So with my sincerest apologies, you will have to stand aside." The werewolf glared at the vampire, and shook his head, standing in front of you protectively. "Sir, once again, I apologize. The Major has o-" The Captain growled loudly, cutting the vampire off, and showing that he wasn't going to back down. The vampire held a somewhat fearful look on his face, as the tall Captain loomed over him threateningly. However, the vampire's expression changed when he figured out what was happening. "You're betraying the Major... Sir? I hope you understand that going renegade is punishable by death, which we were granted permission to pass judgement upon by the Major." The Captain looked down at him, clearly unafraid.

Whatever fear may have held the vampire at bay was gone, and with a furious expression on his face, he gave the order. "Our Captain is a traitor to the great Millennium Alliance!! This action cannot go unpunished. Kill both the Hellsing bitch and her Guard dog!!! FIR-ERK..." Before he had time to speak the last word, Captain had torn his entire throat out. Blood gushed from the wound, creating puddles around the remaining vampires standing nearby. You were completely in shock. How had the Captain done that so fast? You'd never seen something like that, not even from Alucard. Captain kicked the body to the side and glanced expectantly at the vampires, who hadn't moved from their spots. His eyes held a challenging look, as though he was daring them to try their luck. The vampires were clearly hesitant, unsure of what to do, until finally, one brave fool took over.

"This proves it!! Captain Hans no longer sides with us!! Instead, he has decided to defend this Hellsing scum!! You heard the order, Men!! FIRE!!!!"

The sound of gunshots all around you was deafening, but short-lived. The Captain or... Hans, as he had been called by the vampire, wasted no time in moving you to the safety of a nearby rooftop. After checking for any signs of wounds on you, Captain Hans jumped back down into the ring of vampires and not unlike the way you did, began to shift into a monstrous flaming wolf. Every vampire in the street below was clearly terrified, and continued on in their futile effort of shooting the beast. The rooftop Hans had placed you on granted you a perfect view of the scene, as the titan-sized wolf roared in fury, and started to completely obliterate the vampires, tearing them apart, limb from limb, tossing them to the side as though flicking away an insect. There was no hope of survival for any of them, as the Captain sought out every single one of the terror-stricken Nazis, making sure to finalize each and every kill. While you were enjoying the spectacle, one huge question rooted itself into your mind. Captain Hans betrayed the Major, and is killing his own troops... for me?

All the questions were causing your head to pound, as you tried to comprehend what was really going on. You didn't even notice when Captain had joined you back on the roof. The frightening scene that had taken place below showed just what the werewolf was capable of, and it sent a shiver down your spine. You flinched when Hans extended his hand towards you, which did not go unnoticed by the werewolf. Hans' eyes softened sympathetically, and held a somewhat amused look. His shoulders slightly shook, giving you the idea that he was laughing. You weren't able to tell however, as his coat covered a large portion of his face. You were still curious about how he looked underneath the collar, and right as that thought crossed your mind, Captain reached a gloved hand up and pulled down his neck-guard to expose a well-sculpted jawline and one of the most adorable smiles you'd ever seen.

Your own jaw dropped when you saw what had been hidden behind the neck-guard. The Captain had what could only be described as the cutest smile ever seen on his face. That, along with his beautifully colored crimson eyes and the fact that he was hot in general made you blush. You relaxed a little, but were still trembling as you took the Captain's hand. This wasn't what you had been expecting at all! This man who was holding you in his arms, was Millennium's trump card. Hitler's Hell hound. The Major's Guard Dog. And he was incredibly good-looking. Under that collar, you had expected there to be scars, or fangs like Alucard or.... facial hair maybe? Something that was a little more of the "Bloodthirsty Monster" persuasion. But no. Instead, there was a smile that made your heart stop. And honestly? It was much better this way.

Captain Hans eyes widened a bit as he noticed the way you were trembling. Concern flooded his gaze as he proceeded to remove his coat and drape it over your shoulders. You appreciated the kind gesture, and attempted to fit your arms through the sleeves which were meant to fit much larger arms than your own. You lifted your arms up, noticing how silly you looked with the extra-long sleeves drooping over your hands. You giggled, and turned to face Captain. A second, very welcome surprise greeted your vision. The Captain was shirtless!! Your face turned bright red, and you couldn't help but stare at Captain Hans' flawlessly muscular body. You lifted a hand, and ran it down the Captain's well-muscled torso, coming to a stop right above his belt. You blushed suddenly and pulled your hand away, feeling very awkward. You looked up at the Werewolf, who had been watching what you were doing, and smiled at you. You smiled back, and said "Th-Thank you... Captain." You noticed a chain hanging loosely around his neck. A dog tag? You reached for the tag, and saw that it read 'Hans Günsche.' "Captain Hans...." You said. The werewolf nodded, and pulled you closer to himself. He gave you a small kiss on the forehead, and nuzzled his cheek against yours. You were blushing like crazy, and wanted to return the favor. Why did the Captain have to be so hot?? That was making it harder for you to do anything. But as soon as you had gotten the courage, Captain Hans lifted his head up, and stared at something a good distance away. You looked in the direction that caught his attention, and didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. Aside from some smoking buildings with a few flames here and there, nothing stood out. You felt a growl start to grow from the Captain's chest, which frightened you. But what was it that Hans saw? You knew what it was like to be a wolf, as you had taken the form of one many times before. You trusted the Captain's instincts, but couldn't tell what it was that was coming. The werewolf let go of you, and stepped in front of you, just as he had before. Protective. You thought. I like it. You smiled, thinking about how amazing the Captain was, but the smile vanished when you heard a familiar voice speak from behind the curtain of smoke.

"Well... It appears (Y/N) has gotten herself a guard dog. How cute."

Alucard!!
