Why does it hurt?

I was walking to my house, 'cause Kiel and I live separate. I lived here before with my family, right? I'm currently using our house, but someone used it for the past ten years.
Kiel worked on it.
I stopped in front of my house and got the key from my bag, then slowly opened the door.
I came inside and opened the lights while gently closing the door.
I smiled and put my bag on the sofa. I was thinking about what I could eat for dinner, 'cause I only drank a shake and that wasn't enough.
It was already eight o'clock in the evening because of everything that I did. I left school at six, and walked to Kiel's café which took half an hour, then drank a shake for thirty minutes and then at the play ground, and then here. I wonder why that even took two hours.
I looked at the window and saw a store that was near my house, but I was too tired. I think I can't walk anymore so I decided not to go and not to eat.
I got the remote and was about to turn the television on. But I suddenly changed my mind and decided to lie down on the sofa.
And soon enough, my eyes closed, and I slept.

"Who are you?" I asked the old woman in front of me, and she looked like I knew her.
"This is me, your mother. Why would you forget me, my daughter?" She hugged me but I walked away from her after she hugged me.
She had blood all over her body, and she smiled at me.
"Your father's dead already, I checked his pulse."
"W-who the heck is my father?" She slapped me and started to cry.
"Why would you forget us, huh? Because of amnesia? You have amnesia? Or are you just kidding me?" Her tears flowed down her face and I looked at her with a confusing face.
"I'm just asking. Maybe because I do have amnesia."
*bang*
She, who told me she was my mother, was shot in the back and my eyes widened in shock.
I saw a man, in the shadows, holding a gun, which I thought was the gun used to shoot my mother.
Who was he?

I looked at our house, and there was already a signboard that says 'FOR SALE' in front of it.
A week passed after that incident, and I still haven't recovered yet. If she was speaking the truth, then my family's now dead. But maybe I have a sibling.
There was no investigation done, and the suspect was unknown, which meant there was no justice done.
I looked at everyone around me, and they were looking at me.
"What a worthless child, she didn't save her parents."
"Yeah, very worthless. I can't imagine a child that wouldn't save her parents."
"What if I had amnesia? Would I be able to save them without knowing they're my parents?"
"Why? Do you have amnesia?"
"Yes, I have. And I had amnesia because of the car accident. Answer my question. Would I be able to save them without knowing they're my parents?"
