Tuesday 7:30am
My alarm blared out its deafening beeps to wake me from my sleep. I spent all night thinking about him and about how things at school would now be, would I now be popular or would we act like nothing happened.

I got out of bed and walked to the bathroom to wash my face, brush my teeth and get ready for school. I did my hair in a messy bun and put on my high waisted shorts and wore a thick but silk baby pink singlet. I put on nude eyeshadow, mascara, eyeliner and lip balm.

I ate a berry mix of porridge then grabbed a few mints and my scarf before I left, I skateboarded to school again but this time I was 15 minutes early.

I went to my locker and looked at my schedule to see I have English then Drama. I took out my books and put my skateboard in, afterwards I decided to walk around the school and see the whole school for myself.

I walked towards the back of the school and my heart skipped a beat as I heard the faint sound of Tony's voice. The closer I got the louder and harsher his tone was, I began to walk quietly and slowly towards the benches near the back of the school to carefully look behind the brick wall I hid behind to see Tony, Dean and Tyler all ganging up on Danny.

"Now listen here, you stay away from Bria. You got that?" Dean said as Danny backed up against the wall behind him.

"She's in my drama class though, we're partners" Danny replied, his voice trembling as his scrawny arms covered his face in fear.

"Now you can be partners with her but I'll have people watching you and if you even make one move out of your place Danny, I'll have you out of this school or worse...dead" Tony said as he held Danny's neck against the wall and held up his fist.

"Now, you don't tell anyone about what just happened okay, we clear?" Asked Tyler as Tony released his grip on Danny's neck and loosened his fist.

"Clear" Replied Danny as his voice continued to tremble.

I ran back as I felt my heartbeat thought my chest, I couldn't control my breathing. I was so angry and frustrated. I didn't want Danny to stay away from me, he was my best friend and I'm going to make sure we stay close weather Tony likes it or not.

I waited outside of my English room feeling horrible as I planned out the way I would talk to Danny in class.. I felt two arms wrap around my waist and begin to kiss my neck.

"Morning Luv" Tony said as he hugged me.

I wanted to yell at him and punch him for being a complete dickhead and a bully but the smallest part of me was afraid because his dad was the boss of the Mafia. The anger and confident side of me took over and the small fear I had inside disappeared.

"Don't touch me, go away" I said, my voice and skin trembling not from fear but heart ache.

"Woah, what's wrong. Are you cold?" He asked as he took off his big sweater and put it on me. It was too big for me and covered my shorts but as I wore it his smell made me even more upset because I knew the way I felt about Tony, I loved him.

"I won't ever stay away from Danny, he's my best friend and if you hurt him again I'll never talk to you again...I swear it." I said as a tear dropped from my eyes.

Tony looked hurt but more disappointed, he held my hand and lifted my chin so we could look each other in the eyes.

"Are we going to risk everything we have over this one guy Bria, you know how much I care about you and I don't want him getting in the way." Tony said as his voice became unsteady.
