"I'm not so sure about this", Brenda said and sighed. She hold the phone on her ear but quickly pulled it away when the man on the other line started yelling.

"She's my daughter, I have the right to see her whenever the hell I want!"

Brenda swallowed the lump that she didn't even notice in her throath. Sure, he was right. He was Kate's dad but there was no way she would allowe him to come to their new home, their village. He had caused so much damage in their lives before, she wouldn't let Carl ruin this too. As unwilling Kate had seemed to go to the camp, she had sounded happy whenever they had called.

No matter what the price was, she would keep it that way. Her daughter's happiness was all she cared about, even if it meant she'd have to take things to it's extreme, making it a long fight she didn't want to fight, she didn't have the energy for it.

"You abused us. That takes away your rights. There's no way you're coming to our home only to ruin the good new happy start we've made here. We're happy, Carl. I told you, you two can meet when she's ready for it and right now she has to focuse on getting her life back and make new friends. She felt so down for so many years thanks to you", she took a deep breathe and gave Tim a grateful smile as he held her hand, sitting next to her.

"If I have to, I will take this to court. But that will mean you'll lose every right you still possibly might have. None of us want that, but if I have to, I will do it. For our daughters sake, no matter what it'll cost." There was a long silence, none of them speaking a word. Brenda thought she heard him muttering "fine", and then the line was dead. Well that went absolutely great.

..

"Five o'clock tea, well aren't we bloody British", Louis chuckled as the group was back on the table again. It was indeed the tea or coffee time of the day, which or what ever you prefered. To them it seemed like they were always eating or having a drink or something of that nature but truth be told they didn't even mind that much.

"Hey guys, can we do something tonight after the sitting? I'm bored", Andy asked as he was walking by and pouted his lips. A few girls nearby giggled and Andy winked at them. He was a bit of a player but knew better than to get involved with anyone there. A bit of flirting never did any harm though, did it?

"Yeah sure, let's go to the beach again? I want to go swimming", Maddie suggested. Louis found himself smiling and he gave his girlfriend a side hug and a kiss on the cheek. He was happy she was starting to get confident enough to show a bit more skin from time to time, even if it was just their group. It had been a long time sonce Maddie had last gone swimming with them. Andy nodded and made his way to the leader's table. Something of keeping their authority or whatever, he had told them rolling his eyes. As if people didn't know they were friends and did pretty much everything together.

"What was that for?" Maddie asked, turning her head to look at Louis and blushing slightly.

"No reason, you're just cute", Louis grinned.

"Get a room", Zayn said and pretended to vomit. Louis and Maddie laughed, as if Zayn could say a word on that topic. It was more than often when they caught him and Niall snogging or doing something of that nature in public. It wasn't always a pretty sight.

"Where did Harry go?" Maddie asked and looked around, slightly furrowing her brows. The girls hadn't even noticed her friend's absense until now.

"He said he had to do something", Louis said and gained a knowing look from Zayn and Niall. Kate had been in bed all day so far (well hadn't been participating in any activities at least), so the curly one had decided to go out and look for her. The sooner they talked the better and he knew he had to do it when he still got the guts.
