Lusii are the equivalent of parents in Alternia. A troll can't care for their grub since the grub'll be killed. Lusii are revolved around their themes (Like Karkat's lusus being a crab)

Candy Red bloods don't have a lusus so you can forget about making one if your fantroll's a candy red blood.

Purple bloods and Seadwellers have aquatic themed lusii but Purple bloods seems to have their lusii as half fish, half....well lusii (Like Gamzee's goat dad).

Edit: However, in Eridan's introductory page (where he kills a whale), the narrator says that the whale is a purpleblood's lusus. This leads me to believe that violetbloods and purplebloods all have aquatic lusii. Gamzee most likely had a goat fish hybrid because Capricorn is literally goat fish.

Fuchsia bloods have G'loybgl'ob as their lusus

Also, Your lusus can be a mythological creature (Terezi's is a dragon,Sollux's is a humanoid and Equius's is a centaur)

You can do crossbreeds!! (Ex.Gamzee's goatdad)
