I quickly jerked around looking everywhere seeing absolutely nothing at all. I take a deep breath walking forward again

I started panicking looking around more. Still nothing. I started running but it didn't feel like I was getting anywhere.

I shot up out of bed gasping and panting lightly. Tears streamed down my cheeks. I felt small arms wrap around my left arm and I looked down to see Jeremy. I heard him talking in his sleep, "I...love you....V-Vinny..." he mumbled. 'How cute...' I thought kissing his forehead, "I love you too" I said barely above a whisper. I laid back down by him kissing his forehead again, though I knew I wasn't falling back asleep anytime soon.
