valentines day (liam payne)

" babe, are you ready?" liam shouts from downstairs.

you check your make-up a final time and hop off the stairs. today you and liam are going out for a valentines dinner.

this is ur third valentine you celebrate together as a couple. as every year, you two went to a classy restraunt in london. you met each other there, while you were working as a waitress, liam noticed you and asked you out for a date. it clicked instantly between the two of you. 

" im coming", you say as you saftly jump from the final step. you put on your high heels and grab your purse. liam takes your hand and leads you to the car, where he opens the door for you. he's such a gentleman.

"iv'e reserved a table for us in thirty minutes, so we'll be a bit early," liam smiles and kisses your cheek. it's something typical liam, always arriving to early. better early than late though!

As liam predicted, you arrive thirty minutes early. luckily, the owner of the restraunt dose'nt mind and leads the way to your table. he wishes you a great evening and then dissappears.

when the waiter shows, you order the same things you always take, a force of habit. liam smiles and there's a comfortable silence, but you break it.

"i love you liam," you smile as you caught him looking intently at you.

"i love you too babe," he returns the smile and takes your hand in his.

soft music begins to play in the background. viols, pianos, guitars, every instrument you could imagine. a bit like an orchestra. its the first time their doing that in the place.

"your chanpagne," the waiter says as he hands you your glass of champagne. liam gives the guy a tip and takes a nip of his glass.

you copy his actions and taste the best champagne you ever drank. when you place your lips on the glass you notice something shiny at the bottom of your glass. you take your fork and fish out the object in your glass. you look up at liam and see his eyes sparkling with joy and excitement.

in your hands you're holding a silver ring. liam takes the ring out of your hand and stands up, just to kneel down to you a few seconds later. the whole restraunt goes quiet and you can feel everyone watching you and liam. 

is this really happening?

liam smiles at you and starts talking with a sweet and calm voice. he's actually doing this.

"i know we have had some problems and fights, but we always worked it out because we love each other. and i love you so much that i finally had the guts to ask you this, with some encouragement from the boys and my fmily of course, but yeah... here we go.." he starts, now you can hear how much his voice is actually shaking. he's nervous, but it's so cute.

He's going to ask you to marry him, so you cover your mouth with your hand and turn around so your're completely facing him. 

" Y/N, will you plese marry me and by my wife? it would make me the most luckiest guy on earth," he says with a big smile on his face. 

you let a small tear escape from your eyes, and bow down so you can look liam straight in the eyes.

"i would love to, yes!" you smile, now crying tears of happiness.

liam his eyes light up, and he slides the ring on your finger. he presses his lips against yours and keeps wearing the big smile.

" i love you" he smiles.

" i love you too," you say and kiss his lips one more time.
