Jason
The alien's body curved in on itself as it absorbed my blow, and it began coughing furiously around the gag in it's mouth. A satisfied grin lit my face as I relished in the revenge I had waited so long to deliver to the beings who had killed so many of the people I knew, and destroyed the planet I called home.
Jacob looked at me over the top of the chair where the alien sat and met my eyes for the briefest of moments, questioning how successful this interrogation was going to be.
Originally, we had planned for the interrogation to be one filled with abuse. How else would we get the information we needed while working with what little we knew? However, the conversation between the lizard aliens that Chad and I had heard out in the street had given me some information that I hadn't known before. Some information that I planned to use to wage a psychological battle on this alien scum...that's not to say some abuse wasn't warranted though.
The alien, recovering from his coughing fit looked up to meet my eyes with his glowing ones and struggled against the cable tie which held the gag in place. I had strategically placed it between his teeth, so that he wouldn't be able to snip it loose with them. I was many things, but stupid wasn't one of them.
At once, I began pacing around the alien in his chair, closing the distance between the two of us and running my finger over the back of the chair as Jacob backed up a bit. The alien hissed and fidgeted in the seat, feeling uncomfortable with my presence so menacing and close. It's long, forked tongue worked it's way past the gag as it flicked the air and flapped over it's lips.
My narrowed gaze questioned the alien's very existence and threatened to end that existence if it didn't answer the questions I planned to ask. When I had made a few rounds past the chair, each pass causing the alien to draw further into itself, I paused in front of his face and prepared to deliver the discussion that I knew would get us some answers.
"What do you want from me you filthy human?" The alien hissed past his gag and my gaze narrowed in on his face. Meaning to intimidate I placed both my hands on the arms of the chair and lowered my face down right in front of his, mere inches separating us.
I tilted my head to the side, mimicking some of the scary movies I had seen and looked at him as if I was possessed with the need to kill him. "You have information that I need," I stated trying to provoke the alien into speech, but planning to keep him quiet until I deemed it time for him to speak.
"And what information is th..."
"Did I ask you to speak?" I spoke menacingly to the alien and his features showed he was furious to have been interrupted.
"You will speak only when I allow you to." I held my gaze, ramping up the intimidation factor.
I stood up in front of the alien and began to pace back and forth in front of him, tapping my fingers on my chin.
"Your kind has information on an alien that is of particular interest to me. An alien, who has stolen something from me, and I intend on getting it back." I lowered my arms to my sides as I continued. "I want to know how to find the Azure," I stated this calmly, a feat in itself and moved to make my way around behind the alien again, slowly working in a circle around his slight and disturbing frame.
The alien met my eyes at the word Azure, and then began fidgeting in the seat again, signaling to me that he did in fact know who the Azure was. "Now, I know that your kind are planning a rebellion against the Azure, and I can assure you that what I intend to do to him will get him out of your way. I know you don't trust him, and that is something we have in common. Am I right?"
