Its Finally Time!

Amanda's Point of View:
"Today is the day!" Robin yelled as we made our way to Hall of Justice to become full fledged members of the Justice League. "I know, I'm very excited." I said in my very calm, close to monotone but not quite voice. "I wouldn't get to excited yet." My father Batman said in the front seat of the bat mobile. "Why not?" I asked not doing a very good job at concealing my nervousness. "We'll Freeze is terrorizing the park. We have to take a detour." Batman said before whipping the car around and gunning it to the park. "Well if it isn't the Bird family." Freeze junior said to all of us, staring us down. I fix my leather jacket and say to Junior, "Let's get this over with, Junior. We have places to be and frankly your boing." "Shut up Batman wannabe!" He's not wrong, my outfit is very similar. Mine is a black crop top, a leather jacket, leather tights, black combat boots, a yellow utility belt just like Batmans, a black bat cowl and I always have my red hair up in a ponytail on missions. Junior shoots ice blasts at us, I go into a backbend to avoid the blast. A sprint over to him as fast as I can and punch him as hard as I can in the face using my super strength. I can hear the sickening crunch of my fist hitting skull and visibly cringe. "Well, that was boring. Book 'em boys." I say turning to the police officers who just showed up. Batman raises his eyebrows at my patheticly classic favorite cop movie line. I roll my eyes. "Let's go!!!" Screamed Robin tired of waiting.
At The Hall:
"Sup, Kuldar." I said to him in my usual voice. "Hello, Batgirl. Your more excited than I thought you would be." He said to me. "That's excited?!?!" Wally asked getting into our conversation when he arrived. "I have been around Batgirl long enough to know her voice patterns and what they mean." Kuldar said to Wally as formal as usual. "Time to go inside." Batman said leading everyone inside the Hall. On the way inside Batman was giving a speech but I ignored him lost in my own thoughts. I zoned back in once I saw Superman's face pop on the video screen. "Batman there ha been an explosion in the Cadmus building." Superman said. "Good I've had my suspicions about Cadmus. This will present the.." Batman said before getting cut by Zatanna calling in. "There are aliens trying to blow up the sun. We are requesting all League members." Zatanna said with urgency in her voice. "Superman?" Batman asked making sure the fire was small enough for them to take the sun mission instead. "The firefighters have a handle on it." Superman said before clicking off. "You guys stay put." Batman told us. "Stay put?!" Speedy asked angryly. "Today was supposed to be the day we were we took the first step to becoming full fledged members of the League. Not get a glorified backstage pass! Who cares what side of the glass were on!" Speedy continued even more furious. "I thought the first step was a tour of the HQ." Wally whispered to me. I shrug my shoulders nonchalantly. "Except this is not the real HQ!" Speedy says to Wally. "This one is just for tourist traps! The real one is in space, called the Watchtower!" Speedy getting angrier and angrier with every word. Every protege was so angry it was coming off in waves. I spotted Batman glaring at Green Arrow. "I know, I know." GA said. " I just thought we could make an exception. Or not." He said once he saw Batman giving him the famous Batman glare. "Stand down son." Aquaman said sternly to Speedy. "In not your son! I'm not even his!" Speedy said pointing to GA. "I thought I was his partner but I guess I'm not. I was just a sidekick all along." He said before throwing down his hat and stalking out of the building, not even bothering to look back at us. "Your not ready." Flash said to us. "Since when?" I ask straining to keep my voice calm. I'm so angry even I can hear the venom laced in my voice. The Flash visibly cringes at the venom laced in my voice. "Your not ready to work apart of our team." Batman says taking over for the Flash after he sees the surprised look on his face after the way I talked. I stand giving my father a glare that could out-due the famous Bat- glare. They all filed out of the room hurrying to get to the mission. After the door closes, I am the first to speak. "We are still sidekicks to them. They don't see us as equals." I said emotionless. "My mentor, my king. He doesn't trust me." Aqualad said surprise evident in his voice. "Robin give me everything we have on Cadmus." I said to Robin a plan forming in my mind. "Already on it." He said typing away at the computer. "It is a.... Research Center here in D.C." Robin said turning around to look at me. I looked at him as if to say, 'What's the rest?'. "That's all it says." I let out a big sigh. "Well, let's bust up this joint." I said before walking out of the building..... Like a boss.
After Breaking into Cadmus.
Offices:
We ran through the Cadmus building after putting the fire out to see if we could look into it for the League. "Guys!" I call out to our 'team'. "You might want to see this." I say curiosity evident in my voice. "What's going- Woah!" Robin ran over to me, only to see the craziest thing ever. While I was staring at this I didn't notice the rest of the team was over there with us. "Robin," I say coming out of my daze. "Override the system and open up this pod. We're going to find out what's up with this thing." I said with fierce determination.
