Gale.
Of course he would do this he hates me after all, I choose Peeta and not him but it was his bomb that killed Prim. Gale my best friend that I grew up with, my hunting partner, my supposed " cousin " turned behind me. But what if It wasn't him? I couldn't of been Cressida or Pollux they're never go behind my back. It has to be Gale.
I grab Willow and carry her out of the hovercraft along with Rye waiting outside the door.
" Where are we going " says Rye
" Inside where it's safe "
We walk inside the house. The kids run upstairs to play with their toys and I go into the kitchen where Annie and Peeta are.
" Where were you " asks Peeta
" Oh just outside playing with the kids "
I can't tell Peeta what happened with Annie in the room. It's too risky, I have to keep it to myself.
" But I thought you were going to Haymitch's " says Peeta
Haymitch's, I was supposed to go there, what am I supposed to tell Peeta?
" He wasn't home I'll go back later "
" I think trident and me should go now, thank you for letting me into the home, goodbye Katniss, and Peeter " says Annie
Annie goes out and calls Tridents name. Trident walks out of the hovercraft, I can see the Knife in his back pocket it's sticking out a little, surprised no one else sees it but me.
" Annie before you leave why were you here anyways? "
" Oh, we were just visiting Gale and his family in Distirct 13 they moved back there they built up-ground it's better there now, Trident and Gale get along really well, I'm happy Trident is socializing other than always being in his room" said Annie
Gale that's why they know, when did he move back to 13 for all that I knew he was still in 2 but the tv show got cancelled years ago, so I guess he did something other with his life.
" That's good that Gale and Trident are getting along, we'll have a safe trip to 13, Bye "
I need to tell haymitch, I can't keep it in any longer
" Peeta, I'm going to Haymitch's to check if he's back, want to feed the kids breakfast? I'll be back soon "
" Ok, be safe " said Peeta
" Haymitch lives one house down Peeta I'll be fine"
I walkout with my fathers hunting jacket on and step outside to go walk to Haymitch's
I gave up on knocking, Haymitch is always too drunk or the liquor he always forgets to open it. I know where he hides the spare key, under the place mat as usual. The victors village sign was burned down from the bombing the remain of it are all rusted up on the floor.
I walk in and I see Haymitch, Effie isn't here today probably shopping. I take the liquor from Haymitch he's about to yell but he notices it's me. I tell Haymitch all about Trident and how's he's setting revenge on my for supposedly killing Finnick his father, and Gsle telling complete lies about me when Haymitch interrupts
" Katniss I need to tell you something " says Haymitch
