The alpha is my mate?

Chapter 3

Carly's Pov 

I pulled away because i was starting to run out of breath. I couldnt beleive i just had my first kiss and it was AMAZING.. now that i have has a little taste of him i was not sure if i would ever be able to keep away from him.  I did not know what to do though because i found that moment so awkward and i was scared to look at him in the face so instead what i did was i tried getting my books.. but no being the clumsy person i am i triped on my own legs and was about to fall backwards. I was expecting the ground to hit me any secong now but instead i felt some strong arms that sent tingles doen my spine. I  knew who it was it was Charles my mate. GREAT WHAT ANOTHER GREAT IMPRESSION!!!  He quickly pulled me sraight and asked "OMG CARLY are you alright???" in that sentences there was two things I realised 

1. This was his first time calling me by name and god did it sound nice!! i have never heard anyone call my name like that

2. He cares about me 

"yeaa...im fine i somehow tripped over my own legs.. thanks for saving me" i replied. "No need to thank me, saving you is my job" was his reply. 

Charles POV

After her tripping over her own legs i knew she was a very clumsy person. I was glad i saved her all though my sudden worry about someone frieked me out. I usually never got worried about anyone and i would handle everything verly calmly but when it was her the only thing in my mind was that she is not allowed to get hurt. It was a strange feeling. 

I got both our books in one hand and with my other hand was around her waist so everyone knows she is MINE. Our school is mixed with wearwolves and humans so atleast the wearwolves would get the message. We headed to our lockers and found out her locker is only a couple lockers away from mine. When we were about to get our books for the next subject my dad called all the teenage wearlwolves for a meeting in the pack house. A meeting held at the pack house was very rare and especially for it to be held at school hours but either way all wearwolves made their way to the secretary's office and told her they had to leave. Seeing that she was also a wearwolf she understood why. I saw Carly looking a bit nervous, maybe because she hadnt attended a meeting before or because this was her first meeting with the Oceangrave pack seeing that she had only recently joined out pack. I gave her shoulders a little squeeze and re- assured her.. i saw her calming down slightly.  

We all hopped into the van.. seing that most of us who go to school live in the pack house we just go altogether in a van because it is just more fun. Most of us have cars but we just cant be stuffed driving them only to school. I made Carly hop into the van too because i wanted her by my side. 

Once we reached the pack house we all got out quickly and made our way inside the pack house. I went up to my dad and asked him whats wrong seing that I am the Alpha i deserve to know. My dad is still allowed to be kind of like a leader seeing that he used to be the alpha a couple moths ago. 

My dad didnt give me much information he just said he wanted to get things orgainised and he was busy after school hours so thats why he wanted the meeting now. 

(AN... now its Charles' dad speaking but i dont want to write a pov about him)

"Okay everyone please take a seat either on the couches or on the floor... now this meating is not an emergency meeting but it has to be done anyway. Im going to be busy for a couple of days so i just want to get some things sorted out. Fisrtsly while im busy I am not going to be able to look after the pack that much for some time which means Charles, my son, is going to have a bit more responsibility. I would like everyone to be coorperative and I would also like everyone from the ages 15-21 weather you have found your mates or not to move into the pack house. If your mate is older than 21 or if you already have a family then this rule doesnt count. Also if there are any wearwolves which havnt been trained if they are females or males they have to start training from tommorow. Seeing that today is Monday for anyone who doesnt live in the pack house they have till the weekend to move in. These are the few things i wanted to say...  everyone stay safe and the meeting is dismissed.

Carly's POV

We all bowed down in respect. When all the information from the meeting finally sunk in there was a few things i realised.

1. Is his son Charles the Alpha my mate or is it another Charles???

2. I am not a trained wearwolf. 

3. I do not live in the pack house and i am 16 years old.

4. I have to leave my house by the weekend which is in a few days.
