What Did I Do Wrong?

Roger begins to beg and beg but Dametria continues to deny. It has been like 2 minutes of Roger trying to get it out of her. Roger was very curious.

        ~ROGER'S P.O.V~
Since you swore not to tell me, why don't you give me some hints and I will have to figure it out who it is I say. I can hear Dametria through the phone going mmmhhhh. She says I don't know in a very unsure tone. I quickly persuade her bye saying come on you wouldn't be telling me I would just be guessing with a little help.

She finally agrees and says OK sure (in a risky tone). I began to think of basic questions. Oh what color is her hair. She quickly says (without hesitation) that she can't tell me that would give away too much away. So I just say what does her name starts with.

She replies bye saying "A" through "D" . she says thats all she is giving me
I agree and start guessing names of girls in the class. I say Teddy? She says no. I say Jodie? She says no (with a cleaver tone as if she feels like I will never guess it). I say you? She says no faster than any other time she has said no.

     ~DAMETRIA'S P.O.V~

Uh oh. He says my name. It would be weird if I say yes so I quickly say no. He says the rest of the girls names in the class and all of them I say no to.

He gives up. There is a good 2 minutes of silence on the phone. I break the silence and say OK I will give you another hint. He says yay. Even the way he gets happy is so..... I am interrupted in my thoughts when he says go on what is the hint.

I say OK it is between me, Jodie and Teddy. He says OK it has to be you. I sat there quietly frozen for a while and say how. He says because out of all 3 of you, you are the only one with the name that starts with "D" My heart is pounding and I start sweating. Oh shit! What do I do.
