Bully

"Hey, don't bully him or I'll bully you!" Jihoon exclaims in a loud voice, looking at his teasing classmates in anger.

Even though Jihoon was smaller than then half of the grade eight class, he was still pretty tough and everyone knew not to mess with him.

"T-Thanks Jihoon..." Soonyoung says, wiping the last few tears away from his face.

"It's fine, you have to learn to stand up for yourself Soonyoung, stop letting them tease you like that!" Jihoon says in a long sigh.

"But...they're scary..." Soonyoung says in a low tone of voice, so the other kids couldn't hear him.

"Yeah and I'm scary too, I'll beat you up next time if you don't stand up to them!" Jihoon exclaims.

"So you're going to beat me up, after they beat me up?" Soonyoung asks, looking at Jihoon confused.

"Shut up" Jihoon says in a mumble, turning around and walking away.

As the kids were at their desks, scribbling away on their notebooks, some doing their work and some not paying attention at all.

Soonyoung threw a paper at Jihoon's back, and as Jihoon looked back at Soonyoung, he gave him a glare.

Soonyoung was looking at Jihoon with innocent eyes, meaning he didn't mean it in a bad way and Jihoon signed.

As Jihoon picked up the paper Soonyoung threw at him, he opened it up and read 'I'll try standing up to them after school.' With a badly drawn smiley face at the end.

After Jihoon was done reading the note, he looked back at Soonyoung and gave him a thumbs up, meaning good luck.

Jihoon already knew he couldn't be there to see his friend stand up to his bullies, because Jihoon was in detention for trying to hit a boy named Mingyu with a guitar in music class.

Time passed and as the end of the day came, Jihoon went to detention while Soonyoung went outside the school, to the back where his bullies usually cornered him to beat him up.

"So you came by yourself this time, we didn't need to drag you here today?" One boy asks, looking at Soonyoung in a smile.

Soonyoung nodded quietly meaning yes and a couple of them chuckled.

"So what, do you have something to say to us?" Another boy asks, giving Soonyoung a glare.

"Y-Yes...I wanted to say that, I don't want to be bullied by you anymore! I've had enough of it and I don't want this happening again!" Soonyoung exclaims, getting it all out of his system.

"What if we do keep bothering you then, what if we don't stop...what'll you do?" The leader of the group asks, looking at Soonyoung in a mischievous smile.

Soonyoung hadn't thought of what to say if they would ask that so he was put on the spot and didn't know what to say.

The bullies all laughed and beat him up even harder today, since Soonyoung thought he was able to stop them, they wanted him to know he couldn't.

As Jihoon's detention finished it was dark out and a cold breeze went through the air.

As Jihoon got out of the school, he walked behind the school to see Soonyoung all beat up. He was sitting on the ground with his back leaning against the wall.

"How did I know this was going to happen" Jihoon says in a sigh, walking up to Soonyoung and putting out his hand to help him up.

Soonyoung looked up at Jihoon biting his bottom lip. He wanted to cry but he didn't want Jihoon thinking he was a wimp.
