I try calling to Marinette but she ran too fast. I wait for Nino before walking to class. I see Marinette sitting in her usual seat behind me, still blushing madly and avoiding eye contact with me. I wanted to talk to her but the bell went for class to start. I sit down and listen to the teacher who announces that we will be doing a partner project. She begins to pair us up. Nino with Alya, Chloe with Sabrina, Ivan with Max, Juleka with Mylène, Nathaniel with Kim, Rose with Alix and me with Marinette. I smile and turn to her as her blush intensifies.
