I looked at my alarm. 7:21. I tried to get out of bed, but every time I couldn't. I pulled myself out of bed. "Mom"! I yelled. I sat down before my legs collapsed. Mom came running in. I told her about how my chest hurt, and how I can't stand up. "Maybe you should just lay down and fall back asleep, I'll bring you to the doctors after they're at school". Mom said. I tucked myself back inside my bed then turned on my TV. I scrolled to the channels until I found Disney Channel. "Oh great, I forgot". I said as I remembered that the little kids shows were on in the morning. I realized that I was watching Mickey Mouse. I continued to scroll. "You know what there's nothing good on TV". I said to myself. I hit the off button on the remote then grabbed my phone. I went on YouTube to watch old vlogs, since we barely vlog anymore. After we moved last year, we stopped vlogging for a little while because Zeke got sick. He died a few months later, but boy did he fight. The worst part was, the doctors couldn't even figure out what he had. They'd treat him for something, but the next day he'd be ill with something else they told us. I'm in 6th grade now, and it's going pretty well.

12:21pm
"Emmi are you ready"? I heard mom yell. I slipped on my uggs then grabbed my phone. "Yeah I'm coming". I yelled. I walked as fast as I could downstairs. Mom grabbed her keys then set the alarm. I hopped in the car. "Are you still in pain"? Mom asked. "Yeah, but it's not as bad". I said. We drove down the road, then turned. "Yikes, that doesn't look good". I said as I pointed to a smashed car. It looked like it was just beat up with golf clubs. We kept driving until we reached my doctors. I opened the door then followed mom inside. I sat down while mom signed me in. "Breaking news, soda truck leaks, leaving about two inches of Coke on the highway". The broadcaster said. I laughed, which I probably shouldn't have. Mom sat down next to me. She looked nervous, more nervous than when dad took Avia skydiving. I gave her a hug. She smiled then read the magazine next to her.
"Emmi butler". A little blonde nurse said.
