chapter 4

I wake up to shawn kissing my forehead

"Madison someone is here to see you." He says rubbing my arm

I look up to see Chelsea in the doorway crying shawn must have told her

I slowly rise and get out of shawns bed and I'm instantly in pain

She runs to me and hugs me tight as I cry into her arms

"I know i should've stayed with you Madison I am so so so sorry." She cries into my shoulder

I rubb her back and she holds me tighter

Shawn is crying again which makes me cry even more

"Have you told matt??" She asks sitting on shawns floor as I crawl back into his bed and place the covers over my body

"No and I don't want him to know right now he shouldn't have had them over anyway." I look down

Shawns sitting in his computer chair next to the bed on his phone

"So guys prom is sooooon" Chelsea says looking at me and shawn

"Eh yeah it is isn't it....."
I say playing with my hair

"Sorry Madison I know you don't wanna talk about that stuff right now." She smiles at me

"No no its ok I'm just thinking." I say looking up to her

I hear my phone start going off and I look at it seeing matt calling me I decline it for the 5th time I push my phone aside and focus on shawn and Chelsea I crawl back under the covers and lay on my side

"Oh no baby you are not going to sleep again." Shawn gets up and walks over to me getting in the bed with me and scooping me onto his lap

Chelsea smiles at us

"Shawnnnnnn." I say laying my head on his chest

"Yeah we are watching netflix with chelsea."

He says turning his flatscreen on and scrolling to netflix clicking on 22 jumpstreet

We spent basically the whole day watching netflix.
Shawn had his mom call mine to see If I could spend the week with shawn, and my mom said it was all good, and that she wasn't gonna be home anyway shawns mom got me a ton of clothes from my house.

I'm getting into bed because we'll it's like midnight and shawn and I have school in the morning.....yay...
As for now me shawn Chelsea and of course jason are the only ones that know what happened and I hope it stays that way

My face is bruised from jason punching me a couple of times but I try my best to cover it with concealer

"You ready for bed princess?" Shawn asks me grabbing his blankets and pulling them over me kissing my head and turning the light off

"Wait where are you going?" I ask him before he walks out of the room

"Im going to sleep on the couch." He says smiling at me

I grab his hand and pull him back to me

"No lay with me." I say

He crawls into bed with me and I snuggle up to him laying my head on his chest

"Madison?" He asks

I look up at him

" I know this is random but.... I have liked you for so long and I was always to scared to do anything about it and now I feel like it's not just me who feels like this-."

I kiss him before he can finish his story....

"Your not the only one shawn Im yours now."

He hold me close before kissing my head as I fall asleep

The next day...

It woke up around 5 o'clock for 1 I couldn't sleep and 2 i had to get ready

I climbed out of bed as best I could without waking shawn up and I walked to my bag grabbing a pair of skinny jeans my black hightop converse and a blue California republic shirt that's a little loose on me

I went in the bathroom to take a quick shower which lasted for about 6 minutes

I got out and stepped on the time floor

"COLD....COLD... SHIT " I whispered

I stepped on the matt and looked at myself in front of the mirror examining the black and blue bruise just below my eye that stretched along my cheekbone my heart broke at the sight because I started to think about what happened my sides a little sore still and its bruising a bit but it should heal in a week or so I wrapped the towel around my body and dried off.... quickly dressing after.

Finally I'm a bit warmer..

I figured I would just let my hair air dry and straighten it because I had enough time and I didn't wanna wake shawn up...crap I forgot all about make up

Aliyah probly has some I think to myself quietly opening the bathroom door sneaking out of shawns room...and walking into aliyahs thankfully she's awake

"Knock knock." I say looking at her while she straightens her hair standing in front of her mirror

"Oh hey Madison what's up." She smiles at me signaling me to come in

"Uh I forgot to ask your mom to bring my makeup from my house do you have any I could use?"

"Yea of course help yourself my makeup bags over there on my dresser." She says

I walk over grab some concealer,mascara and eyeliner

"Thank you so much sweetheart I will bring this back when I'm done." I hug her and walk out going back to shawns room

Shawn is still asleep and he needs to get his lazy butt up

I set the makeup on the counter and crawl in bed with him

"Shawn babe you gotta get up its 6 o'clock baby c'mon" I say rubbing his back

He opens his eyes for a second and looks at me

A smile creeps upon his face and he falls back asleep

"Shawn peter.....you have by the time I'm done with my makeup and you better be up out of that bed or imma come tickle you." I say walking Into the bathroom

I place a bit of concealer on my face and it matches my skin tone perfect yassss

After that I do my bottom eyeliner and then mascara on the top

I look a bit better than i did before makeup

Its about 6:15 and I peek my head out of the bathroom shawns still in bed

I run to the bed and get in it tickling shawn he rolls over on top of me laughing

He starts tickling me and I laugh uncontrollably

"Get off shawn go get ready." I struggle to say before he kisses me and gets up grabbing his clothes and going into the bathroom for a shower
