Inspiration and Imagination is part of my writing process. When I write my poetry, the words just pour out and it's usually out of order. I make draft after draft, until the idea and the feelings of the idea are conveyed.
Inspiration and imagination don't always come in it's final form...that,my friend, takes talent.
