Aux noticed, only a day after the Ranger's coming to be, something foreign was connecting to the Grid. It didn't seem to be dangerous though, in fact it seemed to be a communications device of sorts. Maybe it was a project of Alpha's or something, she wasn't sure, but seeing no harm she allowed it's connection. She was in the process of sorting the different wavelengths and was pretty sure it was compatible with the teleportation circuit when it suddenly snapped into place, at the same time as an energy pulse, which activated the teleoperation circuit and thus-

"Uh-oh, incoming!" Alpha said, and a moment later four teens were falling on him, five after a second.

"Oh, well, I guess it /was/ teleportation," Aux stated.

"It appears my communicators malfunctioned," Billy explained apologetically.

Aux smiled, "It's alright, probably half my fault anyway, I was sort of messing with the signal," she told him.

"Oh, welcome, homeboys, homegirls, what brings you to the hood?" Alpha asked, moving his arms and bouncing slightly in an impression of a gangster.

"Too much TV," Zack commented, and everyone laughed a little.

"I commend your latest invention, Billy," Zordon said, and Aux nodded, "not only have you created a communicator, but you've also tapped into the Command Center's teleportation unit. With proper adjustments, it will allow you to teleport here in an emergency. But until Alpha and Auxiliary can reprogram it, it will serve as a two way communication link between the command center and each other from wherever you are." Alpha took the communicators, and Aux put her hands on the console and reprogrammed them through the Power itself, which was much easier for her, though Alpha had once told her it seemed immeasurably complicated to his visual interpreters.

"Hmm, this is easy, I just have to reflux the-" Alpha started as she pressed a tool to one of the communicators, then cut himself off. "Oh no."

This drew Aux attention away from her task. Alpha was now running around the command center exclaiming worriedly. Auxiliary immediately began trying to figure out what was wrong. She looked at the scanners, and after a moment understood.

"Oh no." Aux's wings tensed and she covered her ears in preparation, and the alarms went off.

"Extreme audio oscillation, what does it indicate?" Billy asked as all the Rangers winced and complained at the sound.

"It's Rita, she sent something down." Aux answered, lowering her hands as the got used to the alarms.

"It's a device to open a Time trap, and the Putty Patrol is gathering outside of town. Find out what they are up to while we analyse the Time device." Zordon instructed. Auxiliary leaned back against the console and tightened her wings against her back.

Alpha began the rather short teleportation sequence, and one of the guys said some form of goodbye before they were teleported out, and their image showed up in the viewing globe.

"I want to be able to help them." Aux said, though it was quiet enough she doubted either other entities in the room heard her.

Auxiliary watched as a Putty Patroller snuck up behind them, luckily the Rangers noticed before it even had a chance to think about attacking. Of course, Aux thought, being the smart kids they were, they ran into plain view of the other Putties before attacking, so that they had to fight all of them at once. Billy seemed conflicted while Zack and Jason made full use of teamwork and the girls held their own easily.

Billy and Trini ran off, probably to stop the Puttied from discovering they, too, could use teamwork, though the Viewing Globe annoyingly kept focus on Jason. Aux sighed and stood up, doing her part by reprogramming the communicators, left abandoned while Alpha and Zordon looked into the Time device.
