I woke up late this morning, and had to rush to get ready. I put on a white mini skirt, and a blue nerdy owl long sleeve shirt, and my black heels.
I went to the bathroom, and did mascara, and smokey eyeshadow. I also applied a thin layer of eyeliner.
When j got down stairs I got a apple, and a water. I grabbed my stuff, and went out and locked the door behind me.
Austin was already outside so I jumped in the car. He said good morning and gave me a quick kiss.
I looked out the window, and saw a blur. That's what my stomach felt like I was so nervous about tryouts. What if they don't like me? What if I'm not good enough? What if they think I'm ugly? All these thoughts went through my head.
"What's wrong? Theirs no need to be nervous. I think you'll do great. And if you want I will stay and watch you, or at least wait until your done."
"Umm.. No thanks I will just be more nervous with you their, but if you don't mind will you stay I didn't drive and my mom has to work?"
"Of course I will, I mean what are boyfriends for right?" He said more as a question than a statement.
"I guess!" I said said with confusion. I mean I never really had a boyfriend. I have, but not one that was a nice and sweet.
I was the cheerleading captain for Christ's sakes. I could of had any boy I wanted. But that's not the kind of reputation a cheerleader wants. I didn't put up with it.
We got to school, and it flew by fast. I seen Alyssa in first. Then at lunch I sat with them, but Austin sat with us too.
He came and sat beside me, and gave me a kiss. He also pecked my cheek. Alyssa gave us a knowing, and excited look.
"When did this happen!?!?" She asked excitedly
"Last night I took her on a tour of the town, and then on the way home I asked her."
"That's great!!"
Then the hour come as the last bell of the day rang. I went straight to the girls locker room, and changed into my pink and black workout clothes.
I came out to see Alyssa and the co- captain Reagan.
"Hey Sofia come here and meet Reagan."
"Hey Reagan, nice to meet you. I hope I can be impressive today."
"Ok now can you do a kart wheel round off. Back handspring stick the landing!" Alyssa said. I could do this. And I did it. Just as she ask.
But what they don't know was as I was doing that I broke my wrist. I pretended it didn't hurt.
I waited another 10 minutes and they posted a sight on the billboard that said if I made it.
I looked on the billboard and it said I...........
