I haven't been able to right in a long time
the words aren't coming
and the feelings have long since escaped me
but today was different
I am so lucky
there are these people in my life that help me through everything
we are all kinda rejects
and we all love each other for it
today I felt their presence in me more than I ever thought possible.
and I don't know how you do it
I am not a giddy person and you turn me into a five year old on Christmas morning every time you just smile at me.
damnit I love your smile.
I've had my reservations and I can't say they are completely gone,
but they just don't matter as much anymore.
because the way I love you is nothing like I could have ever imagined.
I am at my happiest when I am with you.
