Chapter XI

EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED                                                                                                                                              ************************

It is a lovely weekend so Dara decided to go out, have some alone time and think of what she'll be doing the following day except going to school. She went t the mall for a quick shopping.

"Should I buy something for the Sponge Bob addict for his arrival? He have a lot so maybe no.." She thought on her mind.

Ji Yong said that his flight had been cancelled 'cause there is a company problem that is needed to be solved immediately. She didn't had a choice even if she want him home.

She shopped for new clothes since some of her clothes don't fit her anymore. She got her eyes locked on a simple baby blue dress which looks like it fits her curves right.

"Let me buy you ,baby" She said to herself and giggled "Now you have a mommy..."

After buying a 'not so many', she rested herself on one of the benches inside the mall. She then saw a branch of McDonald's and went inside it. It was still early, there was only a few crowd inside. She quickly went to the cashier and ordered a McFloat with fries.

After that, she sat on a table and ate her snack. She dipped in the French Fries on the vanilla ice cream on the McFloat  with delight , instead at the ketchup. It became her habit. Others says it's gross but to her, it is heaven.                                                                                                                              (A/N:I'm the one who really does that. Just sharing ^_^. Let's go back to the story.)

When she finished eating , she walked her way out of the place. While walking around and wandering still inside the mall, she saw lady in her mid 60's, carrying a lot of stuff with her. She is simply elegant. She wore designer clothes that looks imported. Dara walked closer to to the lady, thingking on helping her with some of her stuff.

Dara startled when she saw the woman fell on her knees. She then massaged her temples and tried to get up . Dara ran towards her to help out.

"Ma'am , are you alright?" She asked worriedly.

 "I think so.." The older answered.

"Can I help you with anything Ma'am? I at least offer to bring some of your stuff so it won't be difficult for you to walk.." She sincerely declared.

The woman looked at her straight in the eye. It took several seconds before she answered. "She seems to be familiar." Dara thought.

"Can you still carry these?" She pointed at the bags "I think your petiteness can't handle it." She added chuckling.

"I may be petite but I'm strong. I can literally kill 5 mosquitoes at a time." Dara replied smiling back.

"Okay then." The woman said " Let me at least treat you something. What would you like?" 

"Caramel or vanilla flavoured ice cream would b-" She hesitated and covered her mouth "I'm sorry, Ma'am. I got carried away..." She then scratched her nape.

"It's okay. *laughs* I actually remembered my daughter because of you." The older replied.

Without knowing, they had get in touch with each other. Dara helped her until they went to the hotel she stays in.

"Can I know what your name is?" 

"It's Dara , Ma'am...Sandara Park.." 

"What a lovely name. It's as lovely as the owner of it."

"Thanks.." She blushed.

Dara looked around on where she was. It is sure to be a 5 or 7 starred hotel. She kept on glancing on the other bed in the room. It has a small Sponge Bob SquarePants Stuff Toy on it , which reminds her of her Spongebob Addict 'boyfriend'

"Do you want that flushy Spongebob thing?" The woman asked " I'll just ask my son if he can just give it to you.." 

"Aniyo... It's okay. He might cry. And I'm sure that if your son will give it to me , I'll just give it to my boyfriend." She laughed slightly, remembering Ji Yong again.

"Oh..You have a boyfriend? I was about to introduce you to my son later.." The woman replied.

Dara started to get curious. 

"Eomma.... I had been contacting my girlfriend like you told me but she wont answer.." A familiar voice came out from behind the door of the room.

It opened and revealed Ji Yong who is busy texting Dara, looking down at his phone.

"Is that so? Just call her later." The woman started " Let me introduce you, Sandara Park. She helped me earlier with the things I bought." 

Dara, who was looking at a toy froze when she heard who it was. Ji Yong then glanced to his mother then to the girl beside her.

"Eomma! S-she is... She is my girlfriend!" Ji Yong said in joy, pointing at Dara.

"Really?" Mrs. Kwon then looked at Dara who is smiling widely "You just met her and now she's your girlfriend? You are being a two timer Ji Yong!"

"Eomma! She is really my girlfriend! My one and only! Here... Look at this." He said and showed a picture of them together. "Babe, show your copy of this photo."

Dara then showed the copy and his mom was astonished.

"Expect the unexpected!" Ji Yong said giggling.

"I thought you flight was cancelled? You liar!" She said jokingly and threw the sponge bob to Ji Yong which hit him on the face as she started to lay down on the other bed. 

Ji Yong crawled his way to his girl and Dara was giggling out.

"I want to surprise my baby." He said and tuckeed some of her hair behind her ear and gave her  a peck on the lips.

They didn't even bothered what they look like. He is on top of her now.

"Ehem!~" Mrs. Kwon fakely cleared her throat. "Just get me cleared if you want to make me another grandchild , GD. I already lost one so I'm exited for another." 

He then changed his position and lyed next to Dara.

"My bad, Eomma.. I will let the sun set first, Promise." Ji Yong joked.

Dara hit him playfully .

"That's not funny, Kwon." 

"Baby, who are you reffering to?" Ji Yong said , containing his laughter.

"Of course to you! You, you-"

"Pretty boy?" Ji Yong laughingly cut her off.
