Monday

It had been two days since my late night chat with Sean. Journey went home yesterday and decided to come back later today.

When Journey pulled into the driveway in her car, I hopped in with my purse and we were off to the movies.

"So what movie are we seeing?" I asked while tugging at my beanie that read : 'bad bitch'.

"Unfriended?" Journey asked, putting the car in reverse and backing out of the driveway.

I smiled and nodded excitedly. And we were off.

--

"Do it, put your hand in that blender!" I whisper yelled at the giant screen.

We were more than half way through the movie when someone's phone started to ring. Arrogant bastard I thought as it kept going.

Oh, its my phone. Shit.

I quickly reached for the phone that was in my left pocket. I hit the answer button and ran out of the theatre, very embarrassed.

"Hello?" I whispered as I pushed the door open and slipped through the crack.

"Hey Luna," I heard Will say through the speaker.

"Hey," I said still kind of whispering, trying to see the movie through the small window.

"Why are you whispering?" He whispered back with a laugh.

"Sorry, sorry" I laughed quietly. "I'm at the movies, force of habit I guess."

"So I was wondering if you wanted to come down maybe a day early and, uh, h-hang out? Just us?" He stuttered, it was actually really cute.

Wait, did I just say that?

"L-like a- like a date?" I asked nervously, glancing at the screen as one of the guys pulled out a gun and the lights went out.
"Uh, I mean y-yeah if you, uh, w-want it to be one.." His voice trailed slightly.

"Um yeah, that would be great." I said with a smile, biting my fingernail.

"Cool," he said. "Cool," I could tell he was smiling.

"Cool," I chuckled lightly. "Okay, I have to go now."

"Alright, have fun at the movies."

"Bye Will," I said with a big smile.

"Bye Luna," he was smiling again.

"Bye,"

"Bye,"

We hung up and I ran back into the theatre, but as soon as I sat down, the credits started rolling.

I groaned, even though I still had a smile plastered on my face.

"Who was that?" Journey wiggled her eyebrows as we grabbed our things and waited for the others to file out of the area.

We started to exit the screening room, "Will," I smiled more, if that was possible.

"Why are smiling so much?" She laughed.

"He asked me out on a date!" I squealed. Okay that was weird I have never heard myself make that kind of noise.

Journey squealed with me, jumping up and down.

Realization hit me, "I have to go pack! I'm leaving tomorrow!"

We ran out of the theatre and raced back to my house. I fumbled with my keys for a second before slamming it into the lock.

I jogged up the staircase with Journey hot on my heels. When we got to my room, I threw clothes onto the floor next to my bed and my suitcase onto the mattress.

"What am I going to wear on the date?" I asked throwing shoes and jewelry everywhere.

"Here," Journey said, holding up a pastel blue, spaghetti strap dress with a light green jacket and the same color converse.

"Perfect," I grinned while nodding my head.

Journey helped me pack all my clothes and essential items before heading home and wishing me luck.

"Can you take care of Minx while I'm gone please?" I begged my best friend before she gave in.

"Thank you! I love you!" I shouted, pulling her into as hug.

After she left I placed my camera, tripod, laptop, chargers, and all my other filming stuff into a case that fit everything.

I trotted down the stairs and slouched onto the sofa, flicking it on and turning it to South Park.

Tomorrow can't come soon enough.
