Lucy awoke on a old cot wearing tattered rags. Her first thought that popped in her head was 'Not again.'"Where am I?" Lucy spoke to herself as she looked at her surroundings. She was in a room about half the size of her room back home. Everything in the room seemed to be either broken or close to it.
"Cinderella!"
'Say what now? So now I'm in Cinderella. Great.'
"Cinderella! Where are you?!" The same voice blasted again.
"I-I'm coming!" Lucy called running towards the door. Stumbling as she ran down the stairs Lucy thought about how it was last chapter and wondered. 'If I'm Cinderella who's the prince? Oh, please tell me it isn't Natsu.'
"Cinderella!"
"I'm here." Lucy breathed looking at the two in front of her. Only to be greeted with pure shock. Standing in front of her was Evergreen and Juvia. Both girls had scowls on their face directed towards Lucy.
"Cinderella I told you I wanted you to wash my green dress and what do you do! You washed my purple one!" Evergreen hissed pointing at the purple dress she was wearing. "Can you believe this me in purple."
While Evergreen continued to complain about her purple dress, Juvia began to walk towards Lucy.
"Didn't I tell you I wanted you to iron my dress for the ball tomorrow? How am I supposed to go with a wrinkled dress?"
"A ball?" Lucy questioned dumbly.
"Yes, you stupid idiot." Evergreen snarled giving Lucy a piece of paper.
You are invited to the Prince's balls in a day's time.
"But sadly that was for us not for you. Plus they wouldn't let a peasant like yourself even think about stepping inside the castle. Guess you'll never get to meet the prince." The girls laughed. So if this is Cinderella I'm going to get to the ball anyway because of that fairy lady right? But if the prince is Natsu-'
"Are you listening Cinderella?" Juvia hissed breaking Lucy's thoughts.
"Sorry, what were you saying?" Lucy said as Evergreen handed her a brush for a sign that she wanted Lucy to brush her brown hair. Evergreen sat down and Lucy began to brush her hair.
"I said that you are going to help me and Evergreen get ready for the ball tomorrow then stay home, and do whatever chores mother leaves for you understood?"Juvia sneared.
"Okay." Lucy murmured already ready to run out of the place.
"Go to your room. I'm tired of you being here." Evergreen said turning to her sister. "Plus mother will be home soon she'll have something for you to do."
Lucy not wanting to know the mother of those two evil witches were she shuffled up to the room she had came out of before. The second she walked inside Lucy turned, and clicked the lock. Lucy sighed, and walked over to the window.
Sure enough in the distance a white castle shone brightly. Now all she had to deal with was those two girls downstairs. But the one thing on her mind was finding Natsu. She shuttered as she thought of Natsu as a prince. Oh those poor guards and maids.
Lucy buried her face in the dirty cot, willing herself to sleep, and trying to get the image of Natsu in a prince's outfit out of her mind.
Before she knew it Lucy out of it dreaming about big castles, royal cats, and a pink haired prince.
XxXx
"Please let me stop!" Lucy begged the two girls in front of her. Juvia and Evergreen were standing in front of her in beautiful dresses. Both girls looked down at the girl sitting on the ground covered in dirt.
