Death Comes And Goes

Zoro had nothing with him, no swords, no guns, no nothing, his father had his heart and he made a deal, if Zoro lost, his father would kill him by either squeezing his heart until he died from a heart attack or he would stab his heart and die right there and now, if Zoro won, his crew would be safe, if he lost his crew would still be safe, he was fighting for his own life.

His father had two swords, Zoro's heart was with a marine now, one slip and it could end his life, he had to do this for his crew, for his captain, for Robin, "Come at me!!", shouted Zoro, his father charged at him, Zoro thought he moved out of the way but instead his father's swords ran through his shoulder and abdomen.

His father stood back as he watched his son remove a sword from his abdomen, he couldn't remove the one from his shoulder as it got stuck between bone and a muscle, 'Damn it, looks like I have to cut my shoulder off ', thought Zoro as he grabbed the sword he pulled out of his abdomen, placing it on his shoulder and started to saw into his shoulder, he got half way before he removed the other sword from his shoulder.

His father took out a gun and pointed it at Zoro, "You cheat!!, this is supposed to be a fair fight!!", screamed Zoro, "if it was a fair fight your friends would be dead", said his father as he walked over to his nakama, he grabbed Robins hair and dragged her in front of Zoro, "Let Her Go, She Has Nothing To Do With This", bellowed Zoro, "You love her don't you Zoro?", asked his father as he threw Robin to the floor.

"She loves you Roronoa Zoro, did you know that or did you ignore the fact that she's in love with you", questioned his father, "i love Nico Robin and too be honest, I knew she liked me from day one, Nico Robin do you forgive me?", asked Zoro as he bowed in defeat, "Zoro, you don't have to apologise", answered Robin.

Zoro got to his feet and walked too his father, "your never going to stop until I'm dead, I am putting my Nakama in danger, I have to do something about it or my Nakama will suffer", explained Zoro has he reached his father, "please she has nothing to do with this", begged Zoro as a tear fell down his face.

Robin was pushed to the ground, "She is your lover, your true Love, She is involved in this", protested his dad as he went to shoot Robin, Zoro ran in front of him and the gun shoot went off.

"ROBIN, ZORO!!!", screamed the crew, blood dropped onto the floor, Zoro staggered forward, clutching his shirt around his heart, Robin rushed to Zoro to see that his heart was in its right spot and a patch of blood was on his shirt, "Zoro.....", said Robin, Zoro collapsed, Robin rushed to him, kneeling down at his level, Zoro leaned against the wall, his hand at his chest.

"Robin....", said Zoro out of breath, yet he was still smiling, even when he was dying, "Zoro you can't die now, you just can't, I-I love you", cried Robin, who was crying, Zoro chuckled, "Everyone's story ends sometime in their lives, I-I Love Y-You, Not Even heaven or hell can stop me from seeing you, not even death itself", explained Zoro as he brushed Robins check, he smiled as he closed his eyes, his hand went limp and he slumped, his chest unmoving.

"ZORO, ZORO?!!!", screamed Robin as she gripped Zoro's body and cried in his chest, Robin stood up, arms crossed, "celar Fluer", said Robin as Arms appeared over the chained Strawhats, breaking the chains, Chopper rushed to Zoro, and everyone else fought Zoro's father, "Luffy isn't going to forgive himself for letting Zoro fight his father", said Nami.

Five minutes and Zoro's father was defeated, "You have a spell book, right?, the aura you created in the Sunny wasn't real aura was it?", asked Robin, Zoro's father looked away, Robin looked in the cabinet to see a leather bound diary, she took it out and flicked through it, it took five minutes to find the right page.

"Tui gratia Iovis gratia sit cures", chanted Robin, a white light covered Zoro, it cleared too show Zoro's body had no injuries but scars littered his body, "Zoro....", questioned Robin as she took a step forward, Zoro gasped for breath, he leaned forward and started to cough, Chopper took out his stethoscope, before picking Zoro up bridal style out of the room, Franky, Nami, Usopp and Brook followed.

Sanji and Robin remained, "Sanji-kun you can go with the others, I'll stay here",said Robin unexpectedly, Sanji hesitated but left, knowing Robin could take care of herself, Robin sat down, legs crossed, "now, tell me why you are trying to kill swordsman-san", interrogated Robin, "I'll tell you why, just don't tell Zoro, he won't forgive himself", said Zoro's father, Robin nodded and Zoro's father started to explain.
