'7th hour yes!' Me and Sky sat in our social studies class our teacher Mr.Harlow let us just mess around and chill since it was the last day of school their really wasn't anything to do
"Hey Angel guess who's gonna be going to our same college?" Sky said with a smirk
I looked at her "who?" I asked
She smiled "Rick Rodgers." She poked my sides "if you don't ask him out I'm gonna do it for you."
I glared at her and blushed "you wouldn't."
"Oh yes I would." She said in a sassy tone, I knew she would I just couldn't ask him
"I'll ask during summer okay?" I smiled at her
She squealed and hugged me I laughed and hugged her back
A few minutes later the last bell rang some girls where crying. Me I honestly wanted to get out of that piece of shit high school
Sky offered to take me home but I knew step dad would be home so I refused
As I started to walk home it started to rain "Ah shit! Fucking hell."
I pulled on my Hood and walked home as fast as I could when I got home Smile was outside soaking wet and step dad's car and parked in the drive way
When Smile saw me and ran over to me and jumped on me licking my face and wagging his tail violently "hey boy! I missed you too."
I walked inside and saw my step mom cooking dinner and my step dad glaring at her he turned to me "Ah the little rat shit is home. Put your damn mutt out before you go to school eh." My step dad spat at me in his deep Russian accent
my blood boiled at the name he called me and Smile but I kept my cool for the safety of my step of my step mom I walked over the the table and sat across from my step dad Smile staying next to me in case he tried anything
"Hey dad?" My step dad looked at me "uh, can I stay at Sky's house this weekend?"
I bit my lip in nervousness my step dad looked at me for a moment "No."
"WHAT!? why not? Please dad? I did all my work at school, I didn't get in trub-." My step dad glared at me and I looked down staying quite "I'm sorry."
"Your forgiven, go to your room... you'll have no dinner tonight." My step dad looked at the book in front of him
I knew better then to ague I walked upstairs and took Smile with me
I texted Sky telling her I couldn't come and that I would talk to her in the morning
I layed down and snuggled into Smile's soft and warm fur and fell asleep
